The Super Round in Melbourne delivered points as expected and in retrospect an overs all to come on the 6 matches was the play.

I had a good weekend despite the fact that my Best Bet, the Crusaders over 5.5 tries fell short and unfortunately the Crusaders were in a number of my multiples preventing a great weekend. 

Good news though was that we hit the 12/1 Newsletter ACCA and on Monday night over 60.5 landed in Shimlas v Pukke despite being on 52 points after the hooter (I can see overseas readers scratching their heads at a 9 point try) and in theory I should be heading into this weekend in positive mood.
 
I was but unfortunately I had a poor morning backing overs and over 8.5 tries in the opener and then the Waratahs outright against the Highlanders – how I wish it was Handre Pollard stepping up to take that last penalty to win it for the Tahs.
 
THE HANDICAP: SUPER RUGBY
Our schedules were tight this week, but Nathan and I managed to hook up for a live Super Rugby chat on Wednesday night and you can click here if you missed the show.  Good news is that Nathan, who is very much a handicap specialist is also starting to look at the points lines.

GOING UNDERS IN MUGGY FIJI
I have battled for a best bet this weekend but in the end I have settled on under 58.5 in the Drua v Fiji game.
Fiji is know for humid conditions and although I have seen worse than what is forecast tomorrow there is also some rain around. We have seen the 1^st 2 games of the weekend go under, lets hope it is 3/3.
Of course if you follow me on this one you have a 3 a.m start to look forward to tomorrow morning.
