cashThe latest Goodforthegame newsletter penned by @BrentGraham with best bets for the weekend 9th to 11th February including the weekly acca with @WorldSportsBet

There was no newsletter last week as I was feeling a bit under the weather and truth be told a little bit nervous about the first round of Six Nations action.  As it turned out I was right to be so as I was on France on Friday night and -3.5 and -4.5 and they never got a look in as an impressive Irish side blew them away.

I backed over 49.5 in Italy v England and while it looked good early when England conceded a scrum penalty while hot on the attack in the final minutes I thought my chances were done.  At that moment load shedding hit and my TV went off and I was honestly considering taking an extended break from betting.

As I looked to the heavens I switched on my cellphone to see Italy running in a remarkable try to take it to 49 points exactly and thankfully the conversion landed and I could be looking back at that try as the turning point of my betting year.

I backed over 44.5 in Wales and that landed with some time to spare and while I didn’t show much of a profit on the weekend, I certainly came out of it feeling more positive than I have for a while.

THE HANDICAP
I was joined by the Understaker and @theCRowetips on last night’s airing of THE HANDICAP.  We discussed the Six Nations 2nd Round matches and there was quite a bit of alignment amongst the panel.  Links to the 3 matches and the Best Bets below:

SA20
The SA20 Cricket concludes on Saturday with the Final between the Sunrisers Eastern Cape and the Durban Super Giants.  I must say I have really enjoyed the Tournament and it has been good to hit some form without price boosts in the Top Batsmen Markets, catching 3 of the last 4 including Klaasen yesterday at a stand-out 6/1.
In the final I have gone with Markram as Top Sunrisers Batsman and for the Durban Super Giants, Matthew Breetzke.

Negotiations are still underway with Boyles but keep an eye on this link for the boosts

ONE HANDED CATCHES
A quick note on the One Handed Catches Markets at Betway. On the video I did at the start of the Tournament, the under 8 sixes and Centurion to get the most catches were both clearly labelled as being for the Group Stages, so I was a bit surprised to see they haven't been resulted yet.  The Group Stages description was taken out early in the Tournament and I am watching with interest to see if the bet is marked as a loser now that we have hit the 8 catches.
Fortunately the bet slip is very clear and I will take it up directly with them if necessary.

ITALY AN ATTACKING FORCE
Ireland are massive favourites to beat Italy on Sunday and although I handicapped the game a good few points lower, I am a bit reluctant to steam in on the plus.
The bet I fancy is Italy to score 13 points or more as this looks a very different Italian side to what we have known in the past and as Hanrick said on the show last night, they used to just defend and hope to hang in games for as long as possible, but they now have strike power and whether they make a game of this or they get well beaten, I expect this points line to be in danger.

BET: 5 units Italy over 12.5 points at 17/20 at Pokerbet*
