What a great fixture to get us back into the swing of things with 2^nd placed Manchester City up against 9^th placed Arsenal.

City still hold out mathematical hopes of stopping Liverpool from winning the title, realistically though they will be just looking to consolidate 2nd position. They lost 2 of their last 4 matches prior to the break and have been defeated twice in 13 starts at home this season.

Arsenal had some good momentum going into the break and were undefeated in their last 8 starts having won their last 3, all of which were at home. Their form on the road has been poor with just 2 wins in 13 starts although they have drawn their last 5 games on opposition soil.
