WOLVES v SEVILLA – Click here to bet

This match takes place in Duisburg.

Wolves will be looking to build on their last 16 two legged victory over Olympiacos who they beat 2-1 on aggregate, having beaten them 1-0 last Thursday night. Wolves were a bit disappointing towards the end of the EPL season fading to finish 7th and they will need to win this competition if they want to play in Europe again next season.

Sevilla overcame Roma 2-0 in Duisburg on Thursday night and the match was played as a one off as the first leg had been called off due to the Coronavirus. Sevilla finished 4th in their domestic league and they go into this match against Wolves as favourites.

These sides have never met.

Betting:

Wolves 26/10

Draw 43/20

Sevilla 23/20

Suggested Bet: Sevilla win at 23/20

Wolves have done well to reach this point, but I have been impressed with the way Sevilla play and I think that the Wolves dream ends here.

SHAKHTAR DONETSK v FC BASEL – Click here to bet

Shakhtar had few problems seeing off Wolfsburg in their last 16 encounter winning by 5-1 on aggregate and last week they beat Wolfsburg 3-0 at home. In their Round of 32 fixture they saw off Benfica in a very tense 5-4 aggregate encounter.

Basel have also had few problems in their last 16 encounter seeing off Eintracht Frankfurt 4-0 on aggregate. They had laid the foundation with a 3-0 win back in March and they followed it up with a businessman like 1-0 victory last Thursday night.

These sides have not had any recent meetings, but they did play a club friendly in 2015 where Shakhtar won 3-1.

Betting:

Shakhtar Donetsk 17/20

Draw 53/20

FC Basel 3/1

Suggested Bet: Over 2.5 goals at 17/20

I fancy Shakhtar to win this game, but the bet I prefer is that we get 3 goals or more. Shakhtar, in particular, are deadly in front of goal, but although they kept a clean sheet last week they do tend to concede and this could be an action packed encounter.
