Goodforthegame Predictions:

Watford v West Ham

Finding a first goalscorer at Watford is no easy task. They have yet to register a goal this season after losing 3-0 at home to Brighton first time out and 1-0 at Everton last weekend.

Goals are also scarce for West Ham who crashed to a 5-0 home defeat to Manchester City on the opening weekend before drawing 1-1 at Brighton where Chicharito (Hernández ) opened the scoring.

West Ham won the corresonding fixture 4-1 last season when Manuel Lanzini was one of their goalscorers and he gets a speculative vote to grab the first goal here.

Liverpool v Arsenal

Liverpool have maximum points from a 4-1 home win over Norwich and a hard earned 2-1 victory away to Southampton. Five different players (plus one own goal) have found the net for Liverpool including the usual suspects Salah, Mane and Firmino.

The Gunners also have maximum points after a 1-0 win at Newcastle was followed by a 2-1 home victory over Burnley. Aubameyang was on target in both games and Lacazette opened the scoring last weekend.

With home advantage preference is for a Liverpool player and Firmino gets the vote.

Bournemouth v Man City

Bournemouth are unbeaten after a 1-1 draw at home to Sheffield United was followed by a 2-1 win at Aston Villa where strikers King and Wilson were both on target.

City had to settle for a 2-2 draw at home to Spurs at the weekend with Sterling opening the scoring with his fourth goal of the season and Ageuro added the second. Sterling had grabbed a hat trick in the 5-0 win at West Ham on the opening weekend where Jseus and Aguero were the other scorers.

It's hard to say which one of Aguero or Jesus will start for City but Raheem Stering can do little wrong right now and he makes this weekend's play.

Spurs v Newcastle

Lamela and Lucas were the Spurs scorers away at City at the weekend whilst on Matchday 1 Ndombele brought them level late on at home to Aston Villa and Harry Kane added 2 more to make it 3-1.

Newcastle started with a 1-0 home defeat to Arsenal and the alarm bells will be ringing after a hapless display in a 3-1 defeat at Norwich last weekend where Shelvey's late consolation goal was the only positive.

Spurs are the more likely first goalscorers and Harry Kane will be a popular choice.
