England started their tournament with a 6 wicket win over West Indies in Dubai on Saturday. They won the toss and opted to bowl and the decision paid instant dividends as the bowled WI out for just 55 in 14.2 overs. Moeen Ali and Tymal Mills both returned figures of 2/17 from their 4 overs and Adil Rashid cleaned up the WI tail with 4 wickets in just 14 deliveries.

Although England lost 4 wickets in their reply Jos Buttler was 24 not out when the game ended in 8.2 overs.

Following that victory England's odds to win the tournament shortened slightly to 33/10 from 7/2 and they are 0.72/1 to top this group.

Despite taking a Sri Lankan wicket in the first over Bangladesh couldn't build on that and Sri Lanka got home in 18.5 overs. Shakib Al Hasan with figures of 2/17 from 3 overs was the pick of their bowlers.

The Verdict

I couldn't find any history of matches between these teams but on the evidence of the opening matches it would be a major surprise of England failed to win with a

degree of comfort.

I'll look to the Player Performance market and side with the all round talents of Shakib Al Hasan to beat his quote of 38.5 points and Jos Buttler gets the vote to top score for England

Bets: Player Performance Shakib Al Hasan over 38.5 points at 17/20.

Top England Bat Jos Buttler at 5/2
