Delhi Capitals
Delhi Capitals paid a visit to Kolkata to take on the Knight Riders on Friday and they came away with a 7 wicket win. Batting first KKR posted 178/7 but it was a good batting deck and Delhi were trading as favourites “in play” at the interval. Shikhar Dhawan’s unbeaten 97 saw the Capitals get up with 7 balls to spare.
Delhi Capitals now have 4 wins and 3 defeats to show for their efforts so far and they are going well away from home. They beat the Royal Challengers by 4 wickets in Bangalore recently in addition to victory at Mumbai by 37 runs in their first match of the tournament.
