Our featured FA Cup fourth round replay taking place on Wednesday sees Sunderland take on Fulham
Sunderland
Sunderland took an early lead away at Fulham through Jack Clarke but they were pegged back early in the second half of a terrific contest which finished all square at 1-1. In the third round Sunderland needed 2 very late goals to see off League 1 side Shrewsbury, 2-1 away from home
In the Championship Sunderland are in a congested mid table position but only 2 points off a play off spot. Star striker Ross Stewart picked up an injury at Fulham and is out for the season. They failed to bring in an out and out centre forward before the transfer window closed but they have an abundance of attacking talent in what is a very youthful squad.
Fulham
Fulham came through the third round with a 2-0 win away to Championship side Hull and Tom Cairney scored the equalizer in the 1-1 draw with Sunderland at Craven Cottage. The likes of Mitrovic and Willian came off the bench for the last 30 mins or so of that game but they couldn't find a winner and were grateful that a late Sunderland strike was chalked off for offside.
After 1-0 defeats at home to Spurs and away to Newcastle a 0-0 draw at Chelsea last weekend sees Fulham in eighth place in the EPL standings, still way higher than many would have thought at the start of the season.

The Verdict:
The winner here will be at home to Leeds in the fifth round, a winnable looking tie as it stands and my gut feel is that Fulham will field something approaching their strongest side.
Sunderland are usually a joy to watch these days but the absence of Ross Stewart is a massive blow to their hopes in league and cup. Having brought a 15 year old off the bench at Craven Cottage they may well rotate some of the younger members of the squad so the teams news on both sides will make interesting reading.
I'm looking at the half time full time market and going Draw/Fulham given the visitors may well have a strong bench. For a goalscorer, although he usually sits deep Dan Neil is capable from outside the box and his price to score anytime is worth a nibble in my book.
