Of course the daughter of Brave Tin Soldier profited from racing without blinkers as she ran on smartly for a close 3rd in male company in unfavourable conditions over this c & d three weeks ago. She quite surprisingly escaped without a penalty for her exertions and has proven to be effective with handy or frontrunning tactics in the past.

This is a really moderate maiden contest over nine furlongs where a major upset could be on the cards. The well-related lightly raced four-year-old VELVET GLOVE has struggled with blinkers in her last two starts but the headgear is rightly removed today. She had a much improved second outing in a far stronger line-up over this c & d and rather interestingly one of today's principle contenders SUNNY GIRL finished exactly 2.50 lengths adrift of her.
