TIRZAN finished strongly in his last start over the ten furlongs and will appreciate the extra ground here. He did finish three lengths behind the much improved Horace in his penultimate run over this trip and a repeat of that effort should be good enough to win this contest. He will however be given a test by TOP SHOT,who has recorded two seconds from four starts over this twelve furlongs.

CHANGING SEASONS has his peak run here and was staying on strongly in his last start over slightly shorter. He has recorded a win over the mile and should be involved in the finish. He was reported to be coughing in his penultimate outing, so that run is best ignored.
