Poland's goal in the first meeting with England is the only time the English have conceded in this group so far. Most recently they were 4-0 winners in Hungary and at home to Andorra in a game where they changed the whole team. Earlier qualifiers saw England win 5-0 at home to San Marino and 2-0 in Albania.

This is the last of the away fixtures where England can expect to be tested and given they won in Albania and more recently Hungary with plenty of daylight, Poland will have to be right at their best to take something from the game.

 

The way the group stands England probably wouldn't be too disappointed with a draw whilst another win would see them as good as home and hosed. Poland still have Hungary and Albania for company and some high stakes matches against those nations to come so there is plenty hinging on this one.
