EnglandEuroOur featured World Cup qualifiers from Thursday's coupon see Sweden host Spain and England travel to Hungary

Group B Sweden 4/1 Draw 27/10 Spain 0.67/1

These two nations are firmly in control of this group. Sweden are second with 6 points from 2 matches and Spain are top with 7 points from 3 outings. Further back we have Greece on 2 points, Georgia 1 and Kosovo have yet to open their account.

Sweden started their qualifying campaign with a 1-0 home win over Georgia and they followed up with a 3-0 win away to Kosovo. Spain were surprisingly held to a 1-1 draw at home to Greece in their opening match and they subsequently won 2-1 in Georgia and 3-1 away to Kosovo.

Those games were staged in March and since then Sweden and Spain contested the same group in the Euro finals. They drew 0-0 in their opening group match with Spain enjoying the vast majority of the possession but it was Sweden who came closest to scoring. Sweden went on to beat Slovakia 1-0 and Poland 3-2 before losing 2-1 in extra time to Ukraine in the first knockout round.

Spain drew their second Euro's group match 1-1 with Poland before thrashing Slovakia 5-0. They improved leaps and bounds in the knockout rounds even though they needed extra time to see off Croatia (5-3) and spot kicks to get past Switzerland (1-1 aet). Spain put in a terrific display in the semi finals against eventual tournament winners Italy, losing a penalty shoot out after another 1-1 draw.

Verdict:

These 2 nations aside this looks a pretty weak group. Spain upped their game since they met the Swede's in the opening group match of the Euro's but at the prices available I'd rather chance another draw.

Bet: Draw at 27/10

Group I Hungary 13/2 Draw 33/10 England 0.42/1

All 6 nations in this group have played 3 matches and England are top with 3 wins from 3 whilst Hungary are second on 7 points. Albania with 6 points and Poland 4 are still in the mix whilst Andorra and San Marino are out of their depth.

Hungary started their qualifying campaign with a 3-3 draw with Poland, a game they led 2-0 and 3-2. Since then they have won away to San Marino (3-0) and Andorra (4-1). In the Euro's Hungary gave the “Group of Death” a really good tilt. Despite losing 3-0 to Portugal in Budapest they held France to a 1-1 draw and then gave Germany a real scare in Munich, twice taking the lead in a 2-2 draw which saw them make an early but very dignified exit.

England were 5-0 winners at home to San Marino and they followed up with a 2-0 win in Albania before they were made to work hard to beat Poland 2-1 at Wembley. Since then England went through the Euro's unbeaten until losing the final to Italy on spot kicks, getting the better of Germany (2-0), Ukraine (4-0) and Denmark (2-1 aet) in the knockout rounds.

Verdict:

It's the first match since the disappointment of losing the Euro final for England and it may not be easy given how Hungary raised their game in the most difficult of

the Euro groups.

The visitors will have to be on their game but I still think they will have too much for their opponents and I'll go for them to score in both halves.

Bet: England to to score in both halves? (yes) at 1.35/1
