Going to have a crack at the rugby thread for 2022.

Big strike for me on Saracens -4.5 away to Northampton Saints.

Northampton emptied the tanks against Harlequins at Twickenham where they started off well but faded badly in the 2nd Half. The Saints scrum is still their major weakness and expect a big and rested Sarries pack to take advantage. Sarries barely had to get out of 2nd gear against the Worcester Warriors at StoneX Stadium at the wknd. Saracens should have too much class across the pitch for Saints.

Agree and same vibes as what I posted on Twitter yesterday. This is bet of the weekend for me, don’t think the 4.5 lasts.

I always lean overs in URC games. No stats to back it up, but just feel it's more of an overs comp. Surprised the total points line is so low in the Galway game. No rain during the game and not too much wind. Both teams play positive rugby. Line is about 5 points too low imo.

Have fired over 37.5 total points at 5/6. Also on over 40.5 points at 12/10, over 43.5 at 1.65/1 and over 46.5 points at 2.15/1

Scarlets v Ospreys

Scarlets not played since October, so will no doubt be rusty.
Think Ospreys will have the edge in the front 5 - but perhaps not elsewhere.
No crowds in Wales at the moment due to Covid, so Scarlets won't have home support.
Think the Ospreys are value here, they may just edge this one

Terrible bets

Saracens -4.5 my main bet today. For the tv Mach I’ve gone -

Gloucester Quins Over 49.5 points @ 10/11

Possibly will be wet but with Quins preference for kicking to corners and Gloucester strong maul, think there will still be tries.

I like an overs bet - as a neutral in most games it means I can enjoy every score BUT its not winning me any money and I cant remember the last time I won an overs!
