Start your weekend with an easy bet, Reds to hold the line.

1) Brad Thorn is from Otago!

2) All Black protocols will be in play and AB will disappear after 60mins.

3) Pre season Thorn's Reds held Chiefs to two points.

Cheers& Good Luck

Well called @threepeat

Whats your thoughts on tomorrow morning's games?

Ive got Tahs -21.5, Saders -10.5 and Damian Mackenzie -7.5:P

Also done first @ 25/1, double @ 25/1, and hatrick @ 150/1

Keen on the Crusaders and Waratahs handicaps as well.

Was wondering what you were on about on other post as missed this. Great call on the double!

Hiya
Not much time the past few weeks but will give it a go for this week end

France -3.5 @ 1.80 – Finally JB decided to put players where there should be playing (apart from Ntamack but lets see). Scotland has quite key players injured and I can see France finally winning a game (not sure when it was last time).

Saints @ 1.73 – Impressive win last week against Sale, a few changes , main one being Biggar back with the Welsh squad, but still a strong squad. Bath missing 2 key wingers and despite expecting a close game, I am going with the home side.

La Rochelle -9 @ 1.91 – La Rochelle at home is a no brainer but it s mainly a bet against SF – past few weeks have been crap for SF and the list of injured players is huge especially on the backline (Danty, Fickou, Ensor, Waisea, Hamdaoui) and in front rows (El Ansari, Clément et Van der Merwe, Pyle , De Giovanni, Burban & Parisse)

Crusaders HT/FT @ 1.75 – not the strongest Canes squad and I think the wet forecast will go in favour of the Saders who are normally performing strongly in first half.

Wales v England : Over 41.5 @ 1.91 & Over 3.5 tries @ 1.61

Have taken Kings +39.5 at 9/10 and Kings over 7.5 points at 12/10. Difficult to make a case for the Kings after last week, but Leinster team not looking that intimidating. Handicap feels big and think Kings can contribute to points.

I am on HT/FT @ 1.80 but was on straight after Ardie Savea left out for "injury"

Are you betting offshore?
Not adding to my bet as any Plumtree coached team is dangerous and Sader v Canes derbys are usually close.

Warning to my fellow punters based in South Africa, from down here in the antipodes.

Two of your own "Top Punters" Oracle & Couch have selected Sharks and Sharks +7.5 on "The Handicap" on youtube hosted by Brent Graham (my first visit and I loved the format, except for SA only guests) as there best bets of the round.

Betting on or against the Blues is notoriously hazardous. No place for Granny's pension fund. This is probably the beginning of Grannygate. Do not follow them into Grannygate!

Blues: 15 Melani Nanai, 14 Caleb Clarke, 13 TJ Faiane, 12 Sonny Bill Williams, 11 Rieko Ioane, 10 Otere Black, 9 Jonathan Ruru, 8 Akira Ioane, 7 Dalton Papalii, 6 Tom Robinson, 5 Josh Goodhue, 4 Patrick Tuipulotu (c), 3 Ofa Tu’ungafasi, 2 James Parsons, 1 Karl Tu’inukuafe.

Analysis: 1) This team is much stronger than the Team that should have beat the Saders last week. A missed conversion. Note the return of three front line All Blacks to the starting line up - Tu'ungafasi, Tu'inukuafe and SBW.
2) New Crusader Coach, Leon McDonald, New Crusader Protocols, Former AB Coach John Hart invoved with the Admin.
3) Akira Ioane is a wrecking ball. Should be an All Black already but Hansen does not wish to show up his aging skipper in a bad light. Expect him to be in in the game day 23 in Japan to share the heavy lifting with Read in the first round v SA.
4) Have not seen Sharks play this year but you do not get much credit for lunching on Sunwolf sandwiches with no Japanese Internationals.
5) Oracle did not give any reasons for his pick other than his access to Granny Fund, which Brent described as his fifth Granny lol.

Will miss the Oracle Rugby website. Sorry to hear you have closed. Some great calls over the years re the Lions and a thank you for your USA Sevens tip for a home team victory in Las Vegas.

Cheers & Good Luck to everyone.

Embarrassing lack of effort from Waratahs. Losing scrums, being counter rucked, countless passes intercepted. Played right into Sunwolves hands. Sharks dictated the game to Sunwolves. Waratahs were arrogantly passive. Credit to the Sunwolves journeymen for putting in a decent shift but Waratahs have far too much quality to fail to get a bonus point win here. In truth, in the end they were at genuine risk of losing the game. Waratahs were probably more interested in where they planned to go out on the town tonight than actually doing their job. What has happened Michael Hooper? He probably would have been the best player in the world a couple of years ago. He's a shadow of himself. Has had very limited impact in his two games so far this season.

Thankfully got a rare lie in from the kids (7am is a lie in these days) and missed the earlier game, but a pleasure to open your eyes and see main super rugby bet of weekend Saders - in fine health after 55min.

Got a bonus spread betting balance boost from my bookie after withdrawing all funds mid 2018 after a poor run so mulling on where to strike that, maybe Bulls shirts, I assume it’s warm and dry in Cape?

wow Chiefs look completely uncoached. Useless! I'll join Hanrick in the anti-Cooper view, there is no gameplan whatsoever.

Thankfully got that hooker 40min try for a decent spreads return but typically the reserve hooker goes over as soon as comes on.

Well played Brumbies. I'll continue to bet on Fainga'a the next few weeks if the odds are similar to this - strong driving maul and one of their go to plays still despite the open rugby in the first half

Perfect blue sky day here in Cardiff for Wales v England which I'm going to.
Roof is open, there might be a very small breeze but will be negligible I'd suggest.

Can't see there being much at all in this so have some Wales +3.5

Easy bet available in Cardiff ;- )

No brainer England to beat Wales Head to Head widely available @ $1.50

Maximum bet.

Low risk low return. Almost a purchase of currency!

Analysis:

1) Farrell v Anscombe. Farrell playing better than Sexton or Barrett at the moment.
No contest if Farrell stays on the field.

2) Wales are under done. B Team played Italy, so A Team has not palyed since Paris. You cannot prepare like that for the Jones/ Mitchell "White Wall Defence"

3) This suprising combination of Jones/ Mitchell is really working.

4) Tualingi & Slade in midfield reminds me of Nonu & Smith in the AB World Cup winning team.

5) No home field advantage. Cardiff is three hours down the road from England training in a luxury bus.

6) Jones has won the off field sledging. Thought "Wazzaball" and Best Welsh team ever both better than Warrens' reply about Tractors in Newport lol.

Cheers and Good Luck

And Wales Women +45 against England looks very very generous. Wales draw 3-3 against Italy....should have won....and Italy beat Ireland yesterday. On top of this, the Welsh women will get a massive lift from the men...and the U20's men...beating England as well. England Women are also missing their playmaker in Emily Scarratt...

Wales will get beat but getting 45 points is silly in my opinion.

Ireland will be pushing for a big win today to ensure they get a bonus point victory and higher points difference than England. Something I have picked up is Italy seem to concede a lot of tries to opposition fullback and centres. The middle channel defence seems to be a soft spot.

Not much value in the centres but I'm on the following for today:
Kearney to score anytime @3,25
Kearney to score 2 tries @12
