I like the movement of the market in the Highlanders/Stormers game as I will be looking to back the Stormers in some way in that game.

As if the humidity isn't enough in Durban this time of year, I see Federico Anselmi is the ref on Saturday.

Would like to see them back up their marketing with more focus on what rugby punters really want - more markets, and early prices.

Sunbet conveniently left out team pts for some of the games last weekend. I hope it does not become a trend!

I think this is a great bet, the only thing stopping me here is that Scotland can win the game, other than that I had no worry of Ireland winning by more than 12

Absolutely never, ever worry about the stuff you cannot control!!

Thanks Oracle, I must admit I was close to going Scots +9.5, what stopped me was nagging doubts as to whether they can get anywhere near the performance level they put in against England when they travel.
I don't see the sort of debacle in Cardiff this year and Twickenham last year happening this time and agree that if Ireland do win then single digits most likely.

Lot's of scenario's with potential for bonus points a factor in 2 of the matches should make for interesting 6N games on Saturday.

IMO, stupid to play the best wing in the world at centre. He is not half as good a centre as he is a wing.

We haven’t seen him at centre for a while, and we certainly haven’t seen him at centre running onto SBW offloads. What’s the point in having the best wing in the world when he doesn’t get the ball, should be able to have a bigger impact on the game from 13 IMO. If anyone knows what that is all about it should be Tana having done it himself. I’m looking forward to seeing it anyway...

Really like the Stormers +17.5 at 9/10 and have taken a chunk of that.

Sickening blow with that irritating little shit scoring the try to kill the handicap by a point. Well done Landers backers. Stormers very poor in the 2nd half.

Rebels to score more tries than Brumbies at 12/10 to recover.

Taking under 48.5 points in the Rebels Brumbies game. I think the rebels are worse than people think. They played against 14 men in their first game and played against an injury plagued side in their second. Regardless I think both teams are rubbish so expecting a low scoring game.

Crusaders shud take it tomorrow. The only danger is Canes will be more hungry for the victory. The argument of saying teams that have covered a lot of air milage before a game get tired esp during the 2nd half of matches has been disproven so many times, even last season.

Waratahs will Chow the jags. I reckon there is no need to take the tahs on the handicap since they are freely available 7/10 to win on the board.

Really gotta love the Rebels, and I will keep backing them on over points or tries. Ones the train is getting started there is no stopping.
Have anyone seen any points markets for Saders game? WSB is slow and afraid I think.
Al so on the crusaders for the win. great value.

Had a massive 10.5 unit play on a double last night- Highlanders 13+ and Rebels out right win at $2.50 so that was great! The Brumbies really are looking poor this year.

Have taken 5 units on Crusaders +9.5 at $1.25, 3 units Crusaders 1-12 at $3 and have taken 2.5 units on Either team 1-7 including draw.

These NZ darby games are 90% of the time won by less than 12 points.

Missed this morning due to work, but getting stuck in Sat:

I think i'm completely alone but i'm liking the Canes tomorrow, i think the Saders will miss Monunga big time and the replacement isn't anywhere near as good.

Canes 1-12 @ 9/5 my main punt.

Game 2 and the Bulls have the physical power to overcome the Reds and this is their must win game on tour.

Bulls +2.5 @ 9/10 main bet.

Taking some inspiration from Brents gftg email, I also like the Blues to attack, attack and attack in Joburg. Their pts line looks a bit low -

Blues > 25.5 pts @ evens.

I have just watched some brain dead rugby

Leading 10-7 in wet conditions Leinster have control of the ball on their own line with a minute to play - instead of kicking it to the 22 and preparing to defend in conditions where a knock on is bound to come they try and keep the ball as alot of teams do and they concede the penalty 10-10

Nothing less than they deserved

Don't believe Canes are more hungry for the victory otherwise the Crusaders would not be playing Matt Todd with a fractured thumb !! The form suggests to met that the Hurricanes are looking average and could be extremely weary against a Crusaders side that at the moment are carrying on from where they left off last year.

Not completely alone south, I like the canes tonight too. I think they will be determined to get one over the saders in the home opener. In saying that, I am a canes supporter so it may be blinding me

Anyway, main play is over 51.5 points. Can report that the weather is perfect in Wellington

Later, I very much like the Bulls to win
