I have taken a substantial bet with an acquaintance on a match bet. The bet is who of South Africa or England will go further in the World Cup.

A few months ago I would have said England for sure but Boks improvement means I am not as confident now
That being said I still make England a 5/10 fav - they should top group and play Aus (mybe Wales in quarters) while Boks assuming they come 2nd play Ireland and will likely start underdogs
If Boks beat New Zealand everything changes of course but then they are likely to meet in semi's so England still favs
