All Racing Tips w/c 2nd March

Last race today at Fairview, Race 9 - Royal Fort @ 22/1
Dropped 10 points in MR and last win was around this mark. Stable in hot form today with 4 winners so far.

Worth ago at these odds.

Some nice racing tomorrow at Turffontein and some early ramblings.

Race 1 - Denim & Jeans @ 12/1
Already come in from 20/1. First run wasn't the best and rest of field doesn't look like superstars. Worth ago when Top 2 haven't shown, so hoping for some natural improvement.

Race 2 - Friends Forever @ 25/1
On second and third runs they must have thought something of him as looks like some huge money came in. Cant get hurt at those odds

Race 3 7 4 fav's look hard to oppose

Race 5 - Cordellia @ 13/2 & Even to place
My best bet of the day is place. Last run of 1600m was a decent 3rd, 2.75l behind Queen Supreme, giving her 3kg's. Drawn in Pole position when Fav drawn 13. Yes the fav looks decent and there are some decent sorts, but if you had to put Queen Supreme in this race and offer you evens for top 4, you would think the bookies are mad. Anyway I am big on places.

Race 6 - Hard to look past De Kock coupling.

Race 7 - Mary Gold as previously stated.

Race 8 - Imperial Ruby @ 40/1 & Got the Greenlight @ 12/1
Yes huge outsider and big step up. Looking at breeding looking for Derby but think will be running on and with Strydom up for Spies yard. Stranger things have happened. Also on Got the Greenlight. Personally think prefers Standside course. WIll be taking boxed Quartet with 1/2/4/5/6/11

Race 11 - Life is Good @ 33/1 (GGG)
Looks like a 1000m specialist and with light weight could make rest run. On weights has a bit to find but those have all been over the 1200m where wasn't disgraced. On the weight turn arounds with top 2 in betting can surprise.

R7 Magic School 33/1 ew. Big price and just looks like one who might pop up over the extended trip.

Lovely thoughts as always lads , focusing on the racing today and a little bit of rugby later .

Race 1.
Saphire Rock is well tried but is my eachway fancy at 12/1. Drawn a little deep so a mild bet advised.

Race 2.
Bassam looks the one to beat , good draw and 2/1 looks ok .

Race 3.
Tough race to call, any of the top 4 could win . Maybe at the price Due Diligence at 9/2

Race 4.
War Room looks very tough to oppose but at 7/10 I think you could get better at race time.

Race 5.
Wide open race , KT's Cordellia def a chance , also like Too Phat to Fly at 12/1 and the Secret Dream at 25/1.

Race 6.
Barahin could be a better horse after gelding and is my narrow first choice at 5/2 but a little tight and should get better , Tuerre De Guega has been very consistent and next best at 4/1.

Race 7.
Summer Pudding bred in the purple and is unbeaten , she was all out last time and I think she's beatable.
MaryGold, Magic School and Gaian Glory my roughies for exotics at big prices.

Race 8. Ikigai is a decent sort and deserved favourite . 5/2 , stable mate Shanga the danger at 9/2.

Race 9.
Divine Odyssey my first selection at 4/1 and Silver God at 9/2.

Race 10.
Dawn Assault a classy act but with 62kg it could be a bridge too far. Chitengo won very well last time and is my narrow first choice at 7/2. Respect also for Sheninagans at 8/1.

Race 11.
Going for a roughie here , Valbonne at 12/1 and Strydom to come with a late rattle.

Race 12.
Big donkey Sporting Monarch at 25/1 for the get out stakes.

Race 1.
Back to Durbanville after a log absence , Nippy Sweetie was well back last time and is my narrow first choice at 33/10.

Race 2.
5 horse field , Chai at 9/2 could get a soft lead and hoping Fourie will take that route .

Race 3.
Meraki my selection, top weight but is a decent sort at 7/2 .

Race 4. Going with Cheyne again , Magic Mike at 17/10.

Race 5.
Dark Crystal at 5/2 my best bet in CT , breathing issues are a concern but fingers crossed.

Race 6.
Queens Club can improve here at 7/1 eachway.

Race 7.
At the Office eachway at 12/1. Open race .

Race 8. Ending up with Ferrari Red , 7/1 eachway.

Cordelia runs 5th, so disappointing run there, and worse thing is the horse I always back Perfect Tigress pips it at the post for 4th. The first time don't have anything on her.

Yeah thought you had it when it went off but Summer Pudding looks a nice horse. Will be tough to beat for the Triple Crown.

After a great days racing yesterday back to Greyville, little bit of a let down but some decent sorts running today on the turf.

Race 1 - Vitus Biering @ 45/1
Like jockey booking and got decent draw. Breeding suggest looking for further but I remember a few Eightfold Paths been quick. Heavily weighted to places.

Race 2 - Alfonso Spagoni @ 25/1
Looks very open race in my opinion. Has a huge weight turn around to 2nd fav Kingston Rock. Also has appie claim and good draw over 1000m. Had some really good runs early in career over distance, if reproduces any of those must have a chance.

Race 7 - Dark Moon Rising @ 25/1
Horse has run againest some top sorts, including Hawaam losing by only 5 lengths giving him 2.5kg's. Yes does have huge weight and up againest inform Black ball.

Will take swingers also with BB.
