The less said about this past weekend the better. My big bet was Crusaders -26.5 and when the line moved to -39.5 I was full of confidence which only built when they led 1-0 inside 10 minutes.

There were too many mistakes though and the Ennor shocker and double movement try at the end meant it ended on 26 and my -26.5, -30.5 and Saders 054.5 all lost by 1 score

I recovered a bit on the Blues but took a tilt over 9.5 tries bet in Chiefs game and then a missed Bath conversion at the death dealt further pain.

Anyways hope you had a better one and here are my projections for the 2 finals this weekend

Blues -6.5 v Highlanders (WSB -7.5)

Benneton +4.5 v Bulls

There is also the start of the Currie Cup but I am not going to have a go at handicapping those in week 1

WP -33.5 vs Blue Bulls. WP might end up playing Tuks or similar, will not get an easier fixture this CC, big chance to put up a massive points difference.

Leon McDonald: "Hey Otere.. You're out next week mate, BBs taking the 10 jersey. Just say you've sprained your ankle, ok" :woohoo: :woohoo:

Leon 12 hours later: "What ? Oh, ok then, thanks for telling me. Hey Otere, back to training boykie - they not letting Baudie play..."

Ouch

Bulls +33 for me, looking at the remaining squad + the Varsity players they should still have a decent C team and WP has also to deal with 20+ missing players and 5th choice hooker.

Firm strike on Bulls -3.5 @ 10/11

Benetton not played in 3 weeks, and all Irish officials rather than predicted Italian officials.

Bulls will overpower this lot.

A consideration here:
Those Irish officials, from a land of constant rain and cold, will most likely holiday on in Italy for next week with their families, no ?
So what kind of holiday will they have in Italy having officiated in the game where the Italian team lost ?
I'm not gonna punt it, but I've put Benetton to win by 7 in my Superbru.
Just a thort..
Good luck guys.

From a Covid point of view, they should first check if those holiday spots are open to public and how safe they are.;)
Otherwise, there has never been a better time to visit those holiday spots, now being without tourist crowds :cheer:

He’s also coming to SA in 2 weeks time as an AR at Loftus and then referee on the 2nd Georgia test. He hopefully doesn’t want to upset the Bulls as well, in fact I hope hes booked on the same flight back with them!!

Total penalties line is 6 with WSB
Under 6 8/11
Over 6 11/10
Exactly 6 9/2

Looks like they have taken Sharks line down totally now but over 7.5 tries at 11/10 still a cracker I reckon

Can still get Sharks over 4.5 tries at WSB 12/10
For a more exotic punt. Try before 10 Min 30 sec at 8/11 looks decent all things considered.
Also with WSB
