Varsity Cup 2022, Week 1
One story that famously springs to mind was around 8 years ago. We were looking for a tow bar for our car and my wife went and sat for hours in a dodgy area of town to save us 2.5k.
That night I lost 2.5k on a Varsity Cup game and my Citizen article was titled something like "The Grahams finish all square" - it didn't go down well
Anyways hopefully we have a few people with ears close to the ground as there can be some value and there certainly must be when we compare opening lines from Sunbet and Betx (in brackets)
Pukke +8.5 (+4.5) v Ikeys
CUT -10.5 (-6) v UJ
UWC -5.5 (+4.5) v Shimlas
Tuks +3.5 (choice) v Maties
Wits -20.5 (-36.5) v Madibaz
A 16 point diff in the Wits game and in the UWC v Shimlas game and in the words of The Oracle "One of them has the wrong favourite"

Yup one can load up on UWC at 15/10 with BetX and then Shimlas 15/10 with Sunbet and hope there is no draw lol!
