The Dauphine is one of the TdF warm-ups and raced over 8 stages. Most are lumpy bumpies with a 32km ITT on Wednesday and two mountain top finishes over the weekend. Previous winners are the likes of Wiggens, Froome, Thomas, Porte etc. The first stage was yesterday and was won by WvA.

Dauphine Stage 2
Today's stage is not that different to yesterday. It has a little more climbing metres but the two favorites remain WvA and Hayter. I expect Jumbo and Ineos to chase down any break so similar contenders to yesterday. The 12/10 on WvA does not appeal so I'm going with the french youngster who can climb and finished quite sharply yesterday. Also the team have had some success this season

Was on buddy assistance yesterday so missed most. Was keen to see how much work Roglic did for WvA. Give one an idea of where his knee is for tomorrow and the outright.

A little comic/tragedy on the line yesterday. Bet WvA had to field a few jokes from team mates last night.

Dauphine Stage 4
32Km ITT flat non-technical power course today. Could be weather affected but Ganna off at 102 and WvA at 1 covers that so no value there.
Looking at a straight match bet and a treble for interest

Thomas/Hayter @ 5/2

Biggest bet yet for stage 5

Wout Van Aert > Dylan Groenewegen @20/29

Couple of climbs in last 25kms with 9.4 and 10% gradients at the end no way Dylan should be favourite for today with how hes performed so far.

Couple of savers on guys who may launch there too

Dylan Teuns @200/1
Nick Schulz @250/1

The bet yesterday was the Hayter podium. Nice ride from him. At least made my treble so came out ahead.
Dauphine Stage 5
With kc on Groenewegen's chances. The make up of the break is going to be crucial. An 8 man plus break with no threats heads up the road I think they are gone.

Well done opposing Groenegen KC and oh so close with Thomas Vann '

I had no betting interest but watched the last 30km - what a stage and heartbreaking for the break

Wout certainly made sure he won before celebrating

Dauphine Stage 7
On host duty today so will miss virtually all of what looks like a great stage.Usually get some good racing when high mountain stages are under 150km. AC and Quintana have put on some shows on this type of stage.

Hard to look past the 2 Jumbo lads today but I am going to shout for the break (backed Roglic in running at 14/10 yesterday but didn't account for that easy final last km

Storer 12/1
Padun 50/1 - been poor and just hoping he gets in break and shows a return to form
