The Tour de Suisse is one of the TdF warm-ups and is run over 8 stages. Started yesterday and finishes on Sunday. Previous winners include Costa, Porte, Bernal, Carapaz. There are 5 lumpy bumpies with 2 big mountain stages 6 +7 and a 25km ITT to finish on Sunday.

Tour de Suisse Stage 2
Looks like a possible break away stage today so taking Pellaud and two guys who could win either way.

Tour de Suisse Stage 3
177km today with a Cat 1 in the middle and 2/3/3 further on. Two break darts and I think the Bora sprinter's odds are too long if the peloton get to sprint for the stage.

No joy yesterday. Got Simmons in the break but they were caught and Haller had to give his bike to Schachmann 4km out.

I swear it was easier giving up 20 cigs a day then punting cycling outrights but I am going to have to give it some thought. Waited till 4 of 8 stages were done before pulling the trigger all to no avail.
Yates is out after a positive lateral flow test this morning.

As of now UAE, Bahrain, EFE most of Israel and Vlasov are out. I have a lot of difficulty getting money back for non-starters so no bets today. Really hope this does not spill over into the TdF

Last time any of us saw a choice bet at evens was when we bet someone in school. When you grow up sadly the books take a large cut. Today is throwback Sunday because we are offered a choice bet at evens.

Tour de Suisse Stage 8
A 25km ITT which will be won by either Remco or Stefan. Kung is at home and is generally fancied here but I'm going Remco. My reference is the 32km ITT at Volta Algarve where Remco slides in 58sec ahead.
Win
Evenepoel @ evens
A few beers on a match bet.
Pozzi can shift a little in an ITT and has a few good ones. Higuita will be motivated to try and keep the yellow so is the favorite here but I make it less then 20sec between the two over 25km. A good ride from Pozzi and he has every chance
Match bet
Pozzovivo over Higuita @ 28/10
