All Racing Tips w/c 30th January

The Urban Warrior and I are heading up to Joburg to cheer on Royal Vic who runs in the Guineas, Race 7, currently around 11/2. Very competitive race by look of it, respect to the 2 MdK runners who finished in front of us in the Dingaans (slow early pace didn't suit them either so not making excuses). Some potential improvers to consider as well and I make Unzen a lurker at 14/1.

Not the best of draws for us at 9 or for some of the other runners prominent in the betting but Royal is in a good space by the look of it. Much stronger field than when he trotted up last time out when blinkers seemed to have helped and he looked like he had really come on to me. It will be tough but he is a player and I wouldn't leave him out of JP's, P6's etc... we hold thumbs, keep feet on the ground and remain grateful for another opportunity to watch him compete in another top race whatever the outcome.

Rooting for you today Mackem! Those blinkers definitely could have made the difference. I think danger is away from de Kock runners and some improving types like you highlight.

Race 1 - Storm Dominator @ 10/1
I was on this one last time when he snuck me 3rd, but think will improve on that and hoping he goes close.
Outsider for me is Summer Fling, decent debut and gets jockey claim again.
Will take swingers with Fav who looks hard to beat.

Race 2 - Activator @ 33/1
Comment isn't positive saying it will be green, but I have seen green horses winning. On breeding, dame was very quick and Time Thief's have been good to me of late, and can run well fresh.

Race 6 - Emirate Gina @ 12/1 & Tipsy Tarragon @ 20/1
Emirate Gina - Has improved as stepped up in distance, last run was very impressive I thought
Tipsy Tarragon - Last run was very good I thought been first on the Highveld. Some decent Cape Form

Race 7 - Le Morne @ 9/1 & Atticus Finch @ 75/1
Mackem, I will be shouting yours home but I like Le Morne, I just think its got a decent draw for the first time and hoping that it will appreciate the step up. So far hasnt been great over 1600m, but hoping it has improved.
My outsuder s Atticus Finch, huge step up but I have followed this one previously and think is looking for this trip minimum.

Some tough racing at Scottsville today.

Race 1 - Painted Earth @ 16/1 & Williams Princess @ 45/1(WSB)
Painted Earth - Doesnt have to be a superstar in this field to go close, Stable normally needs them to have a run, but drawn on the right side if I remember correctly for Scottsville
Williams Princess - Drawn on right side, and Jock has decent record with stable. Also think the Jock is decent form after yesterday and hoping can show something.
Both taken with 4 places at Hollywood

Race 4 - Swift Nicks @ 25/1 (Hollywood)
Shown nothing to date, but looks like looking for this trip and if remember correctly Sir like a bit of give in the ground as well.
