All Racing Tips w/c 27th February

Geez it’s come around fast, SA Classic this weekend and great to see RV in the field with a plum draw.

Will be hoping he goes one better this time. Go boy.

My roughie RULE BY FORCE 33/1 ew, I don’t think price lasts long. Looks made for the extra and was one who looked to be finishing best last time out.

My likes for today

Race 1 - Mini Coop @ 8/1
Light mass and gets service of De Melo.

Race 2 - Butternutenrooiwyn @ 10/1
Really like the breeding in this one, some nice speed in Sibling Heavens Girl and again gets De Melo up. Must be showing something as later in meet same owner and trainer but ride goes to Pieterse, when De Melo available. Also been a filly they sometimes more progressive.
Will take swingers with Zoombomber who debuted in a stronger race last weekend I believe

Race 3 - Divine Moonight @ 20/1 & Rani of Kittur @ 16/1
DM - First 2 runs were not the worse and showed some decent pace. Gets the Master Striker up for todays ride.
Rani of Kittur - Extremely well bred and half sister to 2 tops sorts who both showed pace in Maharanee and Marigold Hotel. Comment not positive but have known trainers to get it wrong

Race 5 - Bingwa @ 25/2 & Under your Spell @ 25/2
Both have bigger fish to fry but I think this may be there ideal distance, and hoping Bingwa will run well fresh.

Race 6 - Silver Hills @ 14/1
Decent form over distance and last run 2nd to decent Quiet Rebillion. Gets services of top jock in Gavin Lerena, and hopefully will be running on as based on breeding looking for this trip minimum. Stable said might be looking for Oaks but I think Turffontein 1800m challenging

Race 7 - Electric Gold @ 25/2
I just think was finishing well last time out and maybe looking for this sort of trip.

Will post anything ekse I like if still alive after these.

T5 Captain Peg @ 18/1 ew. Tough task taking on older males but this trainer does not put them in features if doesn't think have a shout. No harm at price, think she could be running at them late with a low mass.

Race 8 - Second Base @ 25/2
This one has been consistent and with drop in the ratings, carring a reasonable weight. Stable and Jock have to turn, no reason to say not today

Back to Durban and a few early.

Race 1 - Ana Noba @ 10/1 (HWB) & Phoenix Noir @ 14/1
Ana Noba - Last 2 runs were really disappointing but must have been showing something for them to put De Melo up. The first 2 runs were decent over similar distance and gets Marco up this time who did me a favour yesterday.
Phoenix Noir - Nicely bred individual, looks like looking for further but if KZN has shown anything, dont need to be a superstar to win first time up.

On exposed form fav looks hard to beat so will do Swingers and Boxed Exacta with those 3.

Race 3 - Imperious Destiny @ 10/1 (WSB/HWB)
Nicely bred Visionaire Filly. Looks like bred for further again but hopefully will be running on. Dame showed early pace first time out. Rest of horses all look like hard knocking types so if half decent might pop up.

Race 4 - Moya Wa Liga @ 20/1 (WSB)
Any sort of return to early form must have a chance. Change of scenery and new stable sometimes does the trick. Cant get hurt at these odds.

just the one for me today, G7 CAPTAIN WHO @ 7/1. Will be coming off the pace and jock booking catches my eye. Yard does have 4 in race, not stable elect but still fancy it.
