This being the Varsity Cup it is statistically impossible for all four matches to be won by the favorites who are all at home. I think the away winner is either CUT or UJ. Also sticking with CUT on points which landed comfortably on 66 to beat the 65.5 line last week.:woohoo:

NWU v CUT
Over 64.5 @ 9/10
To win
Ikeys/CUT/Maties @ 59/10

Are there any net winners on this tournament on this planet other than bookies? It seems like a bookies dream year after year, and the Monday slot is unique in world rugby terms so hightened betting interest.

What i do like is the crowds that are drawn. Wow. Makes you think why don’t SA teams play some of their URC or Currie Cup at these uni grounds as they look perfect for a better atmosphere than an empty looking 60000 seater stadium.

To each his own. The way you feel about Varsity Cup is how I feel about soccer and horses.

To me Varsity Cup is like a puzzle which to date I have not been able to complete - I am determined to crack it but I am not prepared to pay high school fees
