Top spot in Group C is up for grabs in Franceville on Tuesday night and co-hosts Gabon are marginal favourites for their clash with Tunisia.
Both these teams are already assured of their place in the quarter finals but whoever tops this group will go on to meet the runner up in Group D whilst the runner up could be heading for a meeting with the ever powerful Black Stars of Ghana. That has still to be determined and a draw here would be enough for Gabon to win the group as they have a better goal difference than Tunisia with both sides on six points from two matches.
Gabon started with a 2-0 win over Niger and followed up by snatching a last gasp 3-2 win over Morocco, a result which ended the Moroccan's hopes of a place in the last eight. Their best football of the tournament came in the second half against Morocco after they went into half time 1-0 down. Four different players have found the net for Gabon who have really got the home fans on side and believing they can go all the way. Gabon and Tunisia played both their earlier group matches in Libreville and now switch to Franceville, a stadium which had seen a number of low scoring games until Guinea thumped Botswana here 6-1. That is the only one of five matches to have been held here thus far which has seen backers of over 2.5 goals collect.
Tunisia have been a touch fortunate in my book. They edged out Morocco 2-1 despite being pinned back for much of the game and after a bright start with an early goal against Niger, they toiled after conceding an equaliser soon after and didn't get their noses in front again until the 90th minute. Still it's two wins from two and star striker Issam Jomâa who missed the opening game through injury scored the winner against Niger after coming on as a substitute. The coach has hinted Tunisia may make changes for this match with possible suspensions for those players who have a yellow card in the tournament labeled as the concern.
These teams met in the group stage of the AFCON 2010 finals in Angola which proved to be a really tight quartet. In the end, neither managed to succeed in reaching the quarter finals and their 0-0 draw was a pretty uninspiring encounter.

Analysis
I have been more impressed with Gabon of these two sides but a draw will do for the co-hosts here and that is they way I'm heading. I will take my chances in the correct score market with 0-0 and 1-1 as I don't anticipate a high scoring game
Bet: Correct Score 1-1 widely available at 5/1
Correct Score 0-0 widely available at 7/1
