newsletterThe latest Goodforthegame newsletter penned by @BrentGraham with best bets for the weekend of 25th to 27h September

Taranaki ensured another profitable weekend for followers of this weekly newsletter when they comfortably beat the handicap against Canterbury last week.  In fact they not only beat the double figure handicap, but won the game.

I am pleased to say that I also finished the Tour de France strongly with two double figure long term bets arriving including Pogacar at 14/1.  If you watched that individual Time Trial on Saturday you will have got a feel for why I love cycling and cycling betting so much.

THE COMMENTATOR SAID IT DIDN’T MATTER WHO WON

Perhaps the turning point for me though occurred in Stage 18, which I wrote about in this week’s Citizen Blog for Playabets - “A Profitable Tour de France”.  Watch the last few metres of this stage by clicking here knowing that you make a nice profit if Kwiatkowski (on the right) wins, but lose a lot if Carapaz (on the left) wins, Absolute torture I can tell you and I have never experienced such a sweat for a winning bet.

For punters the result always matters.

THE HANDICAP

It was Heritage Day in South Africa yesterday and by the time THE HANDICAP aired at 21h00 most of my regular guests were either fast asleep or well on their way after a day of braaing and boozing.  With local Rugby starting again, @OraclePedia made a return and delighted the female fans with his vest and Dave was also on line from Dublin to go through the Champions Cup and Challenge Cup semi-final fixtures.

Finding a best bet has been tricky, but I am going to go with the sentiment of many of the Goodforthegame Forum punters and take the Bulls to beat the Sharks tomorrow.  As @OraclePedia said on the Show this is very much a friendly match, but I think Jake White’s boys will want to hit the ground running and we could get that new coach effect.  I also like this Bulls pack and think they will have the edge over the Sharks and another factor could be the altitude.

BET:  5 Units, Bulls win at 1.07/1 at Betxchange
