newsletterThe latest Goodforthegame newsletter penned by @BrentGraham with best bets for the weekend of 2nd to 4th October

Our recent good run as far as Newsletter Best Bets go continued last week with the Bulls delivering against the Sharks and t was one the least stressful bets I have ever had with the Bulls racing into a 28-0 lead.

Aside from a tasty bet on the game I also had an even R500 with @OraclePedia on the Handicap Betting Show and there are few things sweeter than collecting from a fellow punter.

“Bulls deliver early Profits” is the title of this weeks Citizen Blog powered by Playabets.

NORTHLAND TO EXTEND THE RUN

There was loads of rugby to talk about on Thursday nights live airing of THE HANDICAP “Rugby Chat that Matters” where I was joined by @HanrickSwart and @ThoughtsOnSports

There was plenty of confidence amongst the panel as we discussed Mitre 10 Cup, Pro 14 and also the Green versus Gold Springbok Showdown game on Saturday.  The general consensus there was not to get too involved early on a match where the result doesn’t really matter, but perhaps to look for some in-running options.

Finding a best bet wasn’t easy amongst the confident calls, but in the end I settled on Northland on the handicap at home to Taranaki. The visitors have lost a number of All Blacks and Hanrick is taking the 17/10 on a home win and Thoughts on Sports also liked the home team.

BEST BET:  5 units Northland +4.5 at 9/10 at WSB

  • The Tour de France has just ended, but can you believe it, due to COVID-19 the second Grand Tour is starting on Saturday namely the Giro and you can stay close to our Cycling Thread for bets throughout the 3 week race and I will probably also do a few YouTube Previews.

Time to close off with our weekly accumulator and while things have being going well with our main bet, we just haven't got these accumulators right in recent weeks.  Here is hoping that changes.
