cashThe latest Goodforthegame newsletter penned by @BrentGraham with best bets for the weekend 8th to 9th July including an 11/1 acca with @WorldSportsBet

Those who followed on last week’s Durban July Day treble would have collected a profit although not as big as we were hoping.  The first two legs were shorter prices and both arrived and when Chris’s horse, Royal Victory was about to race, load shedding struck despite written agreement from the authorities that be that it wouldn’t be implemented.
Power was returned and the lights put back on, but by then most of the jockeys had apparently showered and were in party mood so they simply objected to racing on safety grounds.

A disappointing end to a great day’s racing.

WHAT A RACE
The Tour de France has had an incredible 1st week and while no joy punting yet, I am loving it. Todays is not a stage to try and watch start to finish and my advice is to tune in around 17h00 for the finish. I am previewing each stage on You Tube (as well as discussing key points from the previous stage) and you can click here to watch todays Stage 7 preview and the odds should stay very stable in running although the money back for 2nd Promo won’t apply.

THE HANDICAP
Rugby is back in full force this weekend and we have the start of the Rugby Championship and also the positional playoffs of the World Rugby U20 Championships.  On last night’s THE HANDICAP, our Rugby Betting Show I caught up with The Understaker @HanrickSwart and @jackalforlife and there was plenty of agreement amongst the panel, let’s hope it’s not a trap.

AUSSIE OVERS THE CALL

I have backed Australia at 13/2 to win the Rugby Championship as I give them a chance tomorrow and if they can win or get a bonus point they have 2 home games to come.
I like them at +8.5 but agree with Hanrick on last nights show that the Aussie overs is a better play. The line is currently 21.5 and the best price I can find is 0.88/1 (at the time of writing the preview it was 17/20). I am expecting a fast start from the Aussies and am hoping this lands nice and early.
