The daughter of Querari would have come on from the run and in this type of field, she should go one better. SPIRITED FLIGHT finished 4.1 lengths behind the top choice on debut. She is 1.5kgs worse off at the weights and should battle to turn the form around. She would have gained from the experience and should make the natural improvement.
Race 3: SHANTA’S PRIDE (10)

SHANTA‘S PRIDE ran a good race on debut over 1200m on the polytrack. The manner in which she stayed on at the business end that day was encouraging. It must be noted that the form has been franked. The daughter of William Longsword would have gained from the experience and will love the extra furlong on offer. With the natural improvement that is expected, she should find herself in the winner’s enclosure.
Race 4: MYTHICAL TUNE (2)

MYTHICAL TUNE has shown very good improvement in each of her outings to date. She ran on strongly over this C&D last time, but found one too good in the form of Angelsea. The daughter of Noble Tune jumps from a good draw of two and if keeping on a straight line, she should be the one to beat.
