The latest Goodforthegame newsletter penned by @BrentGraham with best bets for the weekend 23rd to 25th May and a 11/1 treble with @WorldSportsBet
I should never have mentioned the newsletters winning run and perhaps inevitably things came crashing down last week as the Lions delivered another dismal performance falling shy of the 34 points we required. Their late 5th try saved my weekend though as it landed a double that got me square although only for a while as the Sharks match turned out to be one of their most boring ever (and that is saying something) with the overs not even at the racetrack.
ACES CRACKED
If I thought my week could only get better I was wrong and on Wednesday night I played my monthly cash poker game. I showed patience all evening and then got dealt AA and was matched against the most aggressive player and also the comfortable chip lead. We were all in pre-flop and when I turned my AA to his 99 I was a massive favourite to double up. Thats when Doc sitting to my right said "you only have to avoid 2 cards" and at that moment I knew I was gone. Sure enough the 9 was 1st card on the flop and I went home with my tail between my legs and my wallet a lot lighter than when I arrived.
THE HANDICAP
We won't be on YOU TUBE for a while and it was good to see some of the regulars join us on Facebook while X had technical problems but we eventually went live halfway through Super Rugby.
I was joined by The Mossman and The Admiral and I really enjoyed the chat with plenty of head nodding and the occasional shake.

WEEKEND PLAYS
There is not a lot of live rugby this weekend with only 6 matches and that is one of the reasons I am coming out early with the newsletter
We may lack quantity but certainly not quality and you can

Our Super Rugby Pacific Blog covers everything from weather, team selection and betting moves and will have bets on all 4 matches.
This week I am going for a few combinations and alternate lines as don't have any really heavy fancies and am still a bit tender after the Lions, Sharks and Poker!
The Friday Morning Double @2.43/1*
Highlanders under 21.5 at 8/10
Hurricanes win at 10/11
BET: 2 units @2.43/1 at Sportingbet
*I take this at Sportingbet to get the under 21.5 (3 converted tries) on Highlanders and it is reluctantly as their Hurricanes price is thin at 10/11. For some reason most bookies feed does not have the individual teams lines for this game and Pokerbet that do are 19.5 and I want that extra 2 points in play.
An Alternative Unders Double @1.14/1
Ok I guess while not a single bet this is my newsletter main play stakes wise for the weekend
Under 70.5 in Chiefs v Moana 1.5/1 - Plenty to play for, hoping Chiefs focus on D and the bonus point
Under 62.5 in Saints v Bordeaux at 1.43/1 - 2 attacking teams but being a final I am hoping things get tactical at some point
BET: 4 units @1.14/1 at Pokerbet
The Left Over Treble at 11.37/1
Of course I am looking to get involved in all the games and here is a play on the 2 remaining games with the Tribet (any team by 6 or less incl the draw) in the Reds v Canes game thrown in.
Bath -11.5 at 10/11
Reds v Canes, Tribet (any team by 6 or less incl draw) at 17/10
Waratahs win at 14/10
BET: 0.5 unit at 11.37/1 at WSB - use this code to populate your slip if you think my AA form is about to change 33095693
