- Rugby Europe Championship Today is the play-offs day and all matches are played in Madrid. One game has already finished, Netherlands beat Germany 76-7. It's a nice day in Madrid and if the first game is anything to go by, I think all matches, except the final (Georgia vs Portugal), will have points in them. Switzerland vs Belgium (playing for the 5th place) over 55.5 points Romania vs Spain (Bronze medal) Bet 1: over 55.5 Bet 2: Romania +20.5 In the semifinals Romania played a courageous, attacking game away in Georgia and lost 30-53. That's why I think a handicap of 20.5 points is achievable against Spain.
