Winning Form selections for @Hollywoodbets Kenilworth on Tuesday 6th May where there are huge prizes available in the free to enter Punters Challenge
Race 1
CHURCHILLIAN is better than his last start in the Non-Black Type Cape Racing Sales Cape Slipper. His penultimate run when third over 1200m on this course was encouraging. He should have no issues with the drop to 1000m and back in Maiden Company, he may be the one to side with.
THREE TIGERS produced a promising debut effort over this C&D. He lost a length leaving the start, but finished off his race well. He would have gained from the experience and with the natural improvement that is expected, he should pose a threat.
GOLD GIBOSKI was green on debut but the manner in which he stayed on at the finish was encouraging. He drops to 1000m and should make the natural progression.
Race 2
SIGNOR DANTE dead-heated with OCEAN SKY when sixth over 1200m on debut. He was green in running, but stayed on at the finish. He would have gained from the experience and should love the rise to 1400m. With a bit of luck in running, he may find himself in the winner’s enclosure.
OCEAN SKY was a tad disappointing over 1200m last time. His debut effort when second over 1250m at Hollywoodbets Durbanville was encouraging. He has plenty of scope and should the top choice fluff his lines, he may be the one to pick up the pieces.
DRICUS was in need of his comeback run over 1700m last time. He finished second in his penultimate outing over this C&D. He will strip much fitter and cannot be ignored.
Race 3
WILD APPLAUSE cost herself leaving the start last time. She lost 3 lengths at the off but ran on strongly at the business end. She steps back up to 1400m and jumps from pole position. If jumping on terms, she can shed her maiden tag.
SUPREME FATE tired late over 1600m last time. It must be noted that Give Me Everything has come out and won three times since. She would have strengthened up during her time off the track and if fit, she should be one of the leading contenders.
SWEET CONIFER showed signs of needing her last start over 1700m on this course. She would have come on from the run and will strip much fitter. The daughter of Canford Cliffs would not be a shock winner from barrier two
Race 4
WATER DRAGON has run two fair races since returning from a 14-week break. He stayed on when fifth over this C&D last time. He is having his peak run and from pole position, he may be the one to beat in this field.
RED DAWN is better than his last start at Hollywoodbets Durbanville. It must be noted that multiple horses from that form line have come out and won since. On his previous form, he should throw out a challenge to the top choice.
UNICORN ALERT was disappointing over this C&D last time. He gets the blinkers re-fitted which should keep his mind on the task at hand. If putting his best foot forward, he should have a say in the outcome of this contest.
Race 5
PINOT GRIGIO cost himself winning last time as he hung in the final 400m. He finished third in his only attempt over this C&D. He will strip much fitter and if keeping on a straight line, he may find himself in the winner’s enclosure.
MAJOR MASTER ran a fair race in his comeback run over 1200m. He would have come on from the outing and should strip much fitter. He does have the widest draw to contend with, but he gets the services of Andrew Fortune who will give him all the necessary assistance from the saddle.
DIAMOND ROCK finished 1.75 lengths behind the top choice last time. He is 2kgs better off at the weights today and there should not be much separating the pair at the finish.
Race 6
BEER WITH THE BOYS finished 1.25 lengths behind WEHAVEASITUATION last time. He is 2.5kgs better off at the weights today and that should be enough for the tables to be turned. Richard Fourie is booked to ride and he may be able to coax that little bit extra out of him where it matters most.
MIDWAY finished 1.45 lengths behind WEHAVEASITUATION last time. He is also 2.5kgs better off at the weights and he should turn the form around.
WEHAVEASITUATION followed up his maiden win with an impressive victory over this C&D. Andrew Fortune retains the ride and the son of Master Of My Fate can bring up the hat-trick.
Race 7
SAINT BRIGID should have finished closer to the winner last time as she had to check at the 400m mark. She would have come on from the run and should strip much fitter. Her only victory came under Aldo Domeyer and with luck in running, she can return to winning ways.
BEACH QUEEN has shown good improvement in her last two starts. She ran on strongly when second over this C&D last time. With a bit of luck from the widest draw, she should pose a massive threat.
DREAM SEARCHER stayed on when fifth over this C&D last time. It must be noted that the horse that finished third that day has come out and won since. If not in need of this outing, she should be involved at the finish.
Race 8
LET IT BE SAID has very good consistent form lines to his credit. He over raced in the early stages of the Grade 3 Variety Club Mile and stayed on to finish second. He has won once and finished second once from as many starts over this C&D. If Richard Fourie is able to switch him off early, he should notch up his fourth-career victory.
GALLIC DREAM finished 1.25 lengths behind the top choice last time. He is 1kg better off at the weights and he should finish closer as a result.
SEEKING THE STARS was a tad disappointing over 1200m in the Grade 3 Champagne Stakes last time. He is unbeaten from two starts over this C&D and can find a form return.
Race 9
CIRCUMBENDIBUS should have finished closer to the winner last time as he had to be steadied late. He has won once, finished second once and third once from six starts over this C&D. With a bit of luck in running, he can return to winning ways.
JET FORCE produced a good first run after winning on debut. He was slow into stride, but finished off his race strongly. The son of Master Of My Fate has ability and he merits healthy respect.
CROWNED HORNBILL followed up his maiden win with a hard fought victory over 1000m on this course. He should have no issues with the rise to 1200m and with Richard Fourie booked to ride, he should be competitive
