The Sunrisers claimed a 5 wicket win in a low scoring game at Delhi on Thursday. They restricted the Capitals to 129/8 and Jonny Bairstow hit a quick fire 48 to put them on the road to victory. Bairstow and opening partner David Warner have been in terrific form to help the Sunrisers reel off 3 successive wins to recover from losing their first match of the tournament away at the Knight Riders. In Hyderabad they have won both matches, against the Rajasthan Royals by 5 wickets and they thrashed RCB by 118 runs.
Mumbai Indians
Mumbai’s season so far comprises of 2 wins and 2 defeats. They were 37 runs too good for the Super Kings in their most recent outing in Mumbai on Wednesday whilst their one away victory came at RCB (6 runs). Either side of that they lost at home to Delhi (37 runs) and away at Kings XI (8 wickets).
