Race 1

SKY VELOCITY has finished second in her last two starts over 1450m. She steps back up to the mile and meets the right field. If all went well with her travels, she should be the one to beat.
FIELDS OF GREEN ran a fair race in her local debut over 1400m at Hollywoodbets Scottsville. She cast a shoe in running that day. If suited to the polytrack, she may be the one to fill the exacta spot
QUEEN JACKSON was her own worst enemy over 1400m last time as she over raced in the early stages. She steps back up to the mile and in this line-up, she can run into the placings.
Race 3
HIS CHOICE showed signs of a form return in his last start over 1400m at Hollywoodbets Scottsville. He was slow into stride but stayed on at the finish. The manner in which he finishes off his races suggests that he will love the rise to the mile. If jumping on terms, he is capable of returning to winning ways.
MAXIUMUS was given a peach of a ride when winning his last start over 1400m on this course. It must be noted that the form of that race has been franked. He has won twice and finished third once from five starts over this C&D. He is likely to race on the speed and may be hard to peg back.
MR PIGALLE has decent consistent form lines to his credit. He has won once and finished second once from as many starts over this C&D. If not too far out of his ground turning for home, he should be involved in the fight to the finish.
Race 4
ZAKHO stayed on when fourth over 1700m on this course last time. He tries the blinkers for the first time which should keep his mind on the task at hand. The son of Silvano will love the rise to 1900m and can return to winning ways.
LORD MINVER should have finished closer to the winner last time as the saddle was reported to have slipped in running. He ran a good race in his penultimate start over this C&D under 1.5kgs claiming apprentice Malesela Katjedi. He carries a light mass of 50.5kgs and is one of the leading contenders.
LUCRETIUS finished 1.2 lengths behind the second selection last time. He is 0.5kgs better off at the weights today and should finish closer as a result.
Race 5
YOU DESERVE IT raced from a prominent position last time and stayed on to finish third over 1900m on this course. She won her only attempt over this C&D. The daughter of Pathfork takes a drop in class and with the services of Rachel Venniker, she may find herself in the winner’s enclosure.
RECKLESS LOVE stayed on when fifth over this distance on the turf last time. It must be noted that the horse that finished fourth that day has come out and won since. If repeating her penultimate run, she should throw out a big challenge to the top choice.
FASHIONIGMA finished 4 lengths behind the second selection last time. She is 2.5kgs better off at the weights today and should finish closer as a result. She has cracked a good draw of four which will help her chances.
Race 6
MORGAN LA FAY ran a fair race in her last start over 1200m on this course. She cast a shoe in running that day and should have finished closer. The daughter of Rafeef takes a drop in class and if seeing out the extra furlong on offer, she may be the one to beat.
KINGSMEADS KRYSTL finished 0.6 lengths behind the top choice last time. She is 2kgs worse off at the weights today and may battle to turn the form around.
BIRDWATCHER has good recent form lines to her credit. She has won twice, finished second four times and third four times from 15 starts over this C&D. She carries a handy galloping mass of 54kgs and will be doing her best work at the finish.
Race 7
PREEMPTIVE STRIKE is better than his last start over this C&D. His form prior to that outing was good. He takes a slight drop in class and with a bit of luck in running, he has the ability to win a race of this nature.
AGRESSIVO ran a decent race in his comeback run over this C&D. He would have come on from the run and should strip much fitter. With a bit of luck from the widest draw, he should be involved in the fight to the finish.
LESLIES PATHTOFAME stayed on when second over 1200m on this course last time. He would have come on from the run and should strip much fitter. If jumping on terms, he should go close to winning
