The final action in Gameweek 6 of the English Premier League takes place on Monday night when Everton host a West Ham side who are under new management.

Everton

Everton have 2 wins, 1 draw and 2 defeats against their name and victory here will move them into the top half of the standings. The wins came in Rounds 2 and 3, at home to Brighton (2-0) and away at Wolves (3-2). One earlier other home game saw Everton play out a 0-0 draw with Villa and last weekend they went down 2-1 in the derby with Liverpool at Anfield.

As far as the team news is concerned Jarrad Branthwaite is close to a return but Moyes said in his press conference that he won't be involved in this match.

West Ham

After 1 win and 4 defeats from their first 5 league games West Ham pulled the pin on Graham Potter's time in charge and Nuno Espirito Santo, who recently left Forest after a fall out with the owner, has been appointed. Ironically Nuno was in charge of Forest when West Ham won 3-0 in Nottingham in Gameweek 4, their only points of the season so far and they will kick off here second bottom in the standings.

West Ham's other road trip saw them beaten 3-0 at Sunderland on the opening weekend whilst at home they have lost derby matches to Chelsea (5-1), Spurs (3-0) and most recently Palace (2-1). Aaron Wan-Bissaka is not expected to return from injury, otherwise no new issues have been reported.

The Betting

Everton are 7/10 to win the match with the draw at 28/10 and West Ham are 4/1

A game of 3 goals or more in total is ??? and it's ??? for both teams to score.

Prices are subject to change

The Verdict

It was no suripise to see West Ham replace Potter and Nuno was the obvious contender. All of the Hammers games have seen backers of over 2.5 goals collect and aside from the win at Forest the bulk of those goals have ended up in the West Ham net.

From what I've seen of Everton they look a striker short of a very decent side but Grealish and Dewsbury-Hall have been stand out performers and they have 2 EPL clean sheets in their new stadium.

The Nuno factor puts me off this game to some degree, he may well need time but you would imagine West Ham will be much more organized than we have seen so far.

For a betting interest I'll go with Sportingbet's price boost for a Dewsbury-Hall assist.

Bet: Player assists Dewsbury-Hall, 1 or more was 3.75/1, now 4.75/1 with Sportingbet
