Feyenoord 2/1 Draw 26/10 Aston Villa 1.35/1

Feyenoord went down 1-0 away to Braga on Matchday 1 last week. they recorded just 1 attempt on target to Braga's 2 and conceded the only goal of the game on 79 minutes.

Feyenoord have made a cracking start in the Eredivisie, unbeaten with 6 wins and 1 draw and they top the standings, 3 points clear of PSV.

Villa's opening game at home to Bologna was also settled by a single goal and it went in the English sides favour for what was, at the time, their first win of the season. John McGinn was the scorer after jus 13 minutes, Watkins missed an opportunity to double the lead from the penalty spot but Villa held on.

Villa were far from convincing against Bologna but it appears the win has given them a kick start as on Sunday they recorded their first EPL win of the new campaign, 3-1 at home to Fulham. McGinn was on target again and Watskin also opened his account. Villa now have 6 points from as many league games and they have climbed out of the bottom 3.

The Verdict

Feyenoord's domestic form suggests they were well below par in their opening match in this competition and although Villa are gaining some momentum this could be tricky for the visitors.

I'm think a couple of goals but no more than 3.

Bets: Multigoals 2-3 at 21/20 with Betway

Notts Forest 5/10 Draw 38/10 Midtjylland 48/10

Forest's first European game for almost 3 decades ended in a 2-2 draw away to Real Betis. Igor Jesus scored 2 first half goals after Betis had taken an early lead but Forest were denied a win when they conceded an 85 minute equalizer.

That was arguably forest's best performance since Big Ange took over from Nuno but although they dominated large parts of a subsequent EPL home game at home to Sunderland last Saturday they went down 1-0 and the new boss is still looking for his first win since taking charge. Forest have just the 5 points from their first 6 league games which puts the fourth from bottom. .

Midtjylland made a winning start with an early own goal and a late strike from Diao giving them a 2-0 home win over Sturm Graz.

Midtjylland are second in the Danish Superliga with a record of 6 wins, 3 draws and 1 defeat.

The Verdict

Plenty of questions for Forest to answer and this is an opportunity to answer some of them. I think they would gladly take any sort of win right now and I'll side with that victory to come with a clean sheet.

Bets: Which teams to score? Only Forest at 1.75/1 with Betway
