The ref in this match is known for his lack of clemency, to put it this way. More often than not his matches have a high number of cards.

Many thanks Divan and Quil for the UCL picks, some nice bets landed

Nothing else for me midweek other than what is in the Europa League preview.

Onto EPL Week 7, Bournemouth and Fulham kick it off on Friday, I'll duck that one. Here is my preview for Saturday's games

Will post goals and any other bets for these matches on the forum on Saturday morning and leave the preview for bookings picks, summarized below (first 3 prices are from Sportingbet)

Will be away for the weekend but hope to catch the rugby and ManU in a pub somewhere.

Man Utd v Sunderland

Much as I look I do not see any improvement in ManU. They are just not going to beat any solid, well organised hard working side - and they are still leaking goals. I think Sunderland get something here and there may be some desperate players and manager in the second half

Sheff Wed v Coventry, early Championship kick off. Some of the Sheff Wed players again not paid on time, another fan protest expected against clubs owner. Wednesday have done really well in the circumstances but Coventry a free scoring side and I fancy Cov -1 handicap at 14/10

Aside from my bookings bets I'm battling a bit with these 4 EPL games on Saturday. There is a Sportingbet price boost for Kudus to have 2 or more shots on target for Spurs away to Leeds at 5.25/1 that took my eye.

Leeds v Tottenham

Very few Spurs bets this season, which is a good thing as I would of been wrong a fair few times if I had my usual quota. Never know what Spurs are gonna show up, so I'll take result out of the equation. Can see Leeds having a few digs at goal.
