STEVE GARCIA vs DAVID ONAMA

Featherweight – Main Event

Steve Garcia has quietly become one of the most dangerous knockout artists in the featherweight division. Since joining the UFC in 2020, Garcia has compiled a strong UFC record of 7 wins and 2 losses, finishing six of those victories by knockout before the 3rd round.

His recent run has been particularly impressive, securing dominant wins over Calvin Kattar, where he won by decision in July, as well as knockout wins over Kyle Nelson, and SeungWoo Choi. His recent form has showcased his sharp boxing and killer instinct, and he heads into this weekend with six back-to-back wins behind him.

David Onama enters this bout in top form, boasting a record of 6 wins and 2 losses under the institution. The Ugandan-born fighter has climbed the featherweight ranks with a blend of powerful striking and slick grappling.

Onama is currently riding a four-fight win streak, including victories over Roberto Romero and Jonathan Pearce, showing both durability and fight IQ. His ability to adapt during the fight and maintain composure under fire could prove vital against Garcia’s aggressive style and his latest action came in April where he beat Giga Chikadze via decision.

Garcia 1.77

Onama 2.10

PREDICTION:
I am expecting a rapid striking battle where timing and composure will be key. Garcia’s power and momentum give him the edge here, and I predict a 2nd round TKO victory for the American.

WALDO CORTES-ACOSTA vs ANTE DELIJA

Heavyweight – Co-Main Event

Waldo Cortes-Acosta has made a name for himself as one of the division’s most consistent performers. Since debuting in 2022, the Dominican has built a record of 7 wins and 2 losses within the organisation, with victories over veterans like Andrei Arlovski and Serghei Spivac.

Known for his high work rate and sturdy chin, Cortes-Acosta’s brutal striking and endurance make him a tough out for any heavyweight. Despite a recent decision loss to Sergei Pavlovich when they clashed in August, he remains one of the more well-rounded and durable fighters amongst the heavyweights.

Ante Delija, fighting out of Croatia, returns to the octagon after a flawless debut in September where he knockout out Marcin Tybura two minutes into the contest. This follows an impressive career in PFL where he captured the 2022 Heavyweight Championship with a knockout in the 1st round.

With a professional record of 26-6 and a reputation for finishing fights early, Delija brings dangerous knockout power to the octagon and having picked up two 1st round finishes in 2025 already, he enters this fight in prime form, hungry to make an immediate impact in his UFC return.

Cortes-Acosta 2.15
Delija 1.73

PREDICTION:
Delija’s early explosiveness could cause problems, but Cortes-Acosta’s pace and composure should pay off over three rounds. I’m backing Cortes-Acosta by decision in a competitive co-main event.

JEREMIAH WELLS vs THEMBA GORIMBO

Welterweight – Main Card Bout

Jeremiah Wells has proven himself as a gritty and dangerous fighter since joining the UFC in 2021, holding a UFC record of 4 wins and 2 losses. His balanced skill set has earned him notable wins over Court McGee and Matthew Semelsberger, though recent setbacks against Carlston Harris and Max Griffin where he lost by decision in February last year have slowed his climb.

Themba Gorimbo, representing Zimbabwe, continues to make waves in the welterweight division. Since his first appearance in 2023, he’s built a record of 4 wins and 2 losses within the UFC, including a rapid 1st round knockout over Pete Rodriguez and back-to-back decision victories over Niko Price and Ramiz Brahimaj.

The last time he fought was against the experienced Vincent Luque where he was submitted in the 1st round.

Wells 2.15
Gorimbo 1.73

PREDICTION:
This should be a close tactical affair. Wells’ wrestling gives him the advantage in the clinch, but Gorimbo’s volume striking and reach could swing it his way. I’ll take Wells by decision after a war that goes the distance.

SUGGESTED BETS:

Garcia vs Onama
Garcia by KO/TKO at 2.30

Cortes-Acosta vs Delija
Cortes-Acosta by Decision at 3.75

Wells vs Gorimbo
Wells by Decision at 4.50
