If not in need of the experience, he should start his career on a positive note. The betting market will be the best guide with regards to him and the other unraced entrants.

LANZAROTE is the top bet on the programme. She was far from disgraced when third in the Listed Wilgerbosdrift Ruffian Stakes last time. The daughter of Erupt is back in maiden company. She looks to have ability and should take a power of beating.
HOC EST VITA showed good improvement when fourth over this distance at Turffontein last time. The daughter of Canford Cliffs is a progressive type and may be the one to fill the exacta spot.
SPRING TIDE was in need of her debut effort over this distance. She returns from a 10-week break, during which time she would have strengthened up. With the natural improvement that is expected, she can finish in the placings.
Race 3
THE REASON stayed on at the finish over 1160m at Turffontein last time, but found one too good in the form of Detailed Forecast. The daughter of Skitt Skizzle is a progressive type and she can go one better.
ONCEINABLUEMOON finished 1 length behind the top choice last time. The pair meet on the same weight terms today and she may have to settle for the same result.
TRIP OF FAITH ran a fair race on debut over this distance on the Turffontein Inside course. The daughter of Master Of My Fate would have come on from the run and Gavin Lerena steps into the saddle. She should make the natural improvement. She is carded to race on 19 March 2026 and her progress in that race will need to be monitored.

NIGHT SKIZZLE produced a promising debut effort over this distance on the Turffontein Inside course. He received a bump leaving the start, raced green but stayed on nicely at the finish. The son of Skitt Skizzle would have gained from the experience and with luck in running, he can shed his maiden tag.
SHOREYBOMBA finished 1 length behind the top selection last time. The pair meet on the same weight terms today and he may have to settle for the same result.
BEACH WALKER stayed on when second over 1000m on this course last time. He would have come on from the run and should strip much fitter. The son of Lance can earn another cheque for his patrons.
Race 5
EUPHRATES is much better than his last start in the Listed WSB Aquanaut Handicap. His form prior to that outing was consistent. He has won once and finished third twice from as many starts over this C&D. He drops back in class and may be the one to beat with Kyle Strydom in the saddle.
CASUS BELLI won a good race over 2000m on the Turffontein Inside course last time. The manner in which he finished off his race that day suggests that he will love the rise to 2400m. He is in a good space and merits healthy respect.
FULL GO finished 1.9 lengths behind the second choice last time. He is 1.5kgs better off at the weights today and should finish closer as a result.
Race 6
SCARLETT HEART ran a cracker when third in the Grade 1 Wilgerbosdrift SA Fillies Classic last time. The manner in which she stayed on at the finish that day was encouraging. Despite her hefty penalty for that run, she should be too good for this field.
WARNING SOUND was running on when second in the Listed Wilgerbosdrift Acacia Stakes last time. Mickaelle Michel takes the 1.5kgs off her back and she is one of the leading contenders.
WOMAN’S WORLD finished 1.6 lengths behind the second selection last time. She is 1.5kgs worse off at the weights today and may have to settle for the same result.

ROYAL ENGAGEMENT was not disgraced in the Listed WSB Hawwaam Stakes last time. He finished second over 2000m on this course in his penultimate outing. The son of Potala Palace has plenty of scope and may be the one to beat.
DARK SILVER stayed on when third over 1600m on this course last time. He would have come on from the run and should strip much fitter. The son of Heavenly Blue has cracked a good draw of three and is one of the leading contenders.
PRINCE OF KILDARE has good consistent form lines to his credit. He takes a drop in class and with a bit of luck from the widest draw, he should be involved at the finish.

AZALEAS FOR ALL took the lead at the 200m mark last time, but did not go on with the effort. She has won once, finished second once and third twice from six starts over this C&D. The daughter of Captain Of All drops back in class and with luck in running, she can notch up her fourth-career victory.
FALCONFLY was an easy winner of her last start over this distance on the Turffontein Inside course. She has won once, finished second once and third once from four starts on this course. Should the top choice fluff her lines, she may be the one to pick up the pieces.
PEARL IN HER CROWN was promoted to second over 1600m on the Hollywoodbets Greyville polytrack last time. She is back on the Highveld and should produce another honest effort
