The Uefa Champions League Round of 16 continues on Wednesday when Lazio host Bayern Munich and PSG have home advantage first leg of their match up with Real Sociedad
Lazio 4.25/1 Draw 31/10 Bayern 6/10
Lazio came through a pretty tight group as runners up to Atletico. They won 3, drew 1 and lost 2 of their matches and goals were in fairly short supply with 7 scored and the same number conceded. Home form saw them through, a 1-1 draw with Atletico and wins over Feyenoord (1-0) and Celtic (2-0).
In Serie A Lazio are in eighth position and whilst only 5 points off a top 4 spot they will not be challenging for the title this season.
Bayern were unbeaten in cruising through their group. They dropped points in just the 1 match, a 0-0 draw at home to runners up Copenhagen whilst Galatasaray were third and Manchester United were the big casualties in fourth. Away form comprised of wins in Copenhagen (2-1), at Galatasaray (3-1) and Man United (1-0).
Bayern have a real fight on their hands in the Bundesliga title race where they are 5 points behind Leverkusen who beat them 3-0 at the weekend.
The Verdict:
If Lazio are to trouble Bayern over the course of 2 legs then surely they need their noses in front after this home game. Bayern were well beaten by Leverkusen at the weekend and created very little, they have thrown in the odd shocker this season although there are no chinks in their UCL form.
I'm battling to find anything and will side with the Sportingbet price boost for Kane to score first given he has registered an average of a goal a game in 28 outings for Bayern.

PSG 13/20 Draw 29/10 Real Sociedad 9/2
PSG were drawn in the toughest of groups and they squeezed through as runners up to Dortmund, edging out AC Milan with Newcastle fourth. They won their first two home matches against Dortmund (2-0) and AC Milan (3-0) and they scraped a 1-1 draw with Newcastle in Paris. Away form was very poor but a 1-1 draw in Dortmund on Matchday 6 helped them shade AC Milan for second spot.
In Ligue 1 PSG have lost just 1 of 21 matches and they now have a commanding 11 point lead at the top of the standings.
Sociedad topped their group ahead of Inter with both sides on 12 points and Benfica and Salzburg were way back on 4 points a piece. They conceded just twice in their 6 group matches whilst scoring 7 and they finished unbeaten with 3 wins and 3 draws. They beat Benfica home and away and also won in Salzburg whilst their match ups with Inter delivered a 1-1 at home and 0-0 stalemate in Milan on Matchday 6.
In La Liga Sociedad are in seventh spot with a record of 9 wins, 10 draws and 5 defeats
The Verdict:
Kylian Mbappe was rested from a 3-1 home win over Lille in last weekend's league match after picking up a knock recently but he was on the bench so one would expect him to return. That could spell trouble for Sociedad who have become draw specialists in La Liga but shouldn't be taken lightly on UCL group form.
PSG's group matches delivered for backers of 2-3 goals in total on 5 of 6 occasions, it's not the best of betting heats in my book but I will go with that trend to continue.
