India v South Africa test series starts on the 14th November, there is white international cricket Pakistan v Sri Lanka and NZ v West Indies and locally the T20 Challenge continues.

Haven't found any info on likely conditions as yet but happy to take m chances with top bat picks regardless of whether its a raging turner

India   v   SA  1st Test

At Eden Park. May be a little upfront for the quicks but general view is batting first is an advantage. SA have lost the last seven tosses in India so I expect India to bat first which means KG could have a little assistance before the wicket flattens. I think Chris's picks have merit but I am chancing my arm on Themba, who had a nice warm-up in the amazing SA  A  win. Also in that match Jurel contributed a century in each innings.
