Wednesday, Kenilworth R3, Rose Woot is one I've backed in her first 2 starts, could still be learning but up in trip from 1400 to 1600 today will help and although favourite looks like it could be useful I'm staying with this one at around 9/4 to get out of the maidens

Nice pick Chris, and at a nice price. 

Thanks kt, I think she drifted quite a bit in the betting which caught me out as I pressed early but nice to have a midweek winner. Useful filly with better to come over ground by the look of it

Kenilworth Saturday

R3 Going to take on the formline of the favourite and chancing Seven No Trump currently around 12.5/1 only 3 runs, 1 after a break, probably needed last run, Callan Murray up

R10 Africa Prince 7/1, think this is an awkward ride or at least has to be produced very late, appy takes a useful 1.5 kg off and can hopefully time it right

Then place chances to these

R6 Military Command won in WCP as a 2yo, has been gelded recently so might need this but perhaps one to keep an eye on this season

R7 Absolutely Yes, seems JP has opted to ride Randolph Hearst (same owner trainer combo) but this one better drawn. Not sure what went wrong last time out when punted but if you can forgive that other form is decent enough

R9 Noble Hero wide open race, MR coming down to near enough last winning mark.

Nothing for me on Sunday but note due to rain yesterday the Turffontein meeting has now been switched to the Vaal so would suspect quite a few scratchings to come
