298 kms with the action starting on the Cipressa around 30km before the end. Fully expect Pogs and van der Poel to duel it out for the win so looking for value in the place markets

Volta Catalunya

Seven day stage race. Days 1-3 lumpy bumpy, four a little kicker at the finish, Friday and Saturday mountain stages with mountain top finishes. Sunday 90km around Barca but with a little kicker a few kms from the finish. Some top riders, Vingegaard, Remco, Almeida etc. Two South Africans leading Hincapie's team.

Just one on the outrights for me. Lenny stayed with Vingegaard on the last climb in Paris Nice and there is no time trial here so could sneak a podium

Geez Vann I couldn't watch MSR live but what a last 50k and what a win by Pogacar 

Yeah Brent. Top stuff and nice to see van Aert showing again. Could make for an interesting Paris Roubaix.

172 Kms today with a slightly uphill sprint finish

Climb out the gate with a flat sprint 160km away. Doubt whether Q36.5 can get Bennett to the finish but worth a sniff at the odds. On the Saffa side would have gone Munton again but not offered so going with Stefan

Stage completely altered today because of weather. No major climb and cannot be sure if the info on the finish is correct or not.  I virtually never bet anything large on cycling and today is definitely a beer level bet day.
