Race 4 - Balzi Rossi E/W @ 6/1 - Dropping in rating, receives weight from a few. Fourie knows him well, was backed a few times before. Open race, field for the P6
Race 6 - Oliver E/W @ 30/1. Has top weight to carry. Is receiving weight from the favorite on their last meeting. This horse has never missed the quartet in 10 runs at Durbanville.

Durbanville
Race 2 Fractal (7/1) - Not sure what went wrong in his previous run. Computaform comment - "Examined - normal". He received a bit of support when finishing well off now two time winner, Madra Rua. Worth an e/w in this field.
Race 3 - Williams Woman (6/1) - Enjoys Durbanville and runs here off a light weight. Happy with the e/w odds in this field as a top 3 place pays 21/20

Greyville Wednesday
Race 1 - Asgardian Queen (4/1) - Shes a hot filly. Lost her rider last time out and comments from previous runs are "stubborn" and "difficult to settle". She ran a good 3rd behind No Drama earlier and also finished close up to fancied runners like Flower Tryst, Lady Nancy and Ferrari Flair before that. Main danger is Willow Valli, who ran 5.5l behind Palace of Avernia before. Keep an eye on the betting of the first timer, Interstellar, as the stable does rate him.
Race 2 - Oklahoma Girl shouldn't be 9/1 here. She is receiving 3kgs for less than 2l beating from Blue Poppy at Scottsville last time out. Drawn 1 and was cut into in her only run on poly. Value e/w here. Blue Poppy has the form on poly, Gold Gold Baby is a smart sort and enjoys Durban, but drops back in trip today. Peace Rose enjoys poly and could follow up on her maiden win. Dancing in Demark also enjoys the poly, but takes on stronger here. Treasure Island (7/2) has been racing against stronger on the turf and should be a big runner if taking to the poly and fully ready after a break.
Swinger 1x3
Race 3 - Princess Trippi (15/10) looks hard to beat here, Chihiro (7/2) looks the only danger as she had excuses first time out on poly. Stable can't be left out in any races on the poly. These two should be enough for the P6.
Race 4 - Ebisu (3/4), price too short. She won well last time out, but is 8.5kgs worse off with Sesame who finished 6.7 lenghts behind her that day. Apprentice Mosaheb is in great form and had a winner for the Kotzen yard yesterday. Golden Angel (5/2) tries 2000m, but should get it and receives 4.5kgs from Ebisu. 1,3,6 for the P6
Race 5 - Navajo Dancer (4/1) enjoys the poly and is 2kgs better off with Ultra Quick for a 0.7l beating. Run To Rio (28/10) is in good form, but has been racing over further lately. Pleasedtoseeyou (4/1) is another who is well in here and must have a big chance.

Not a fan of these small fields lately as it deprives us of taking swingers and extra places.
Turffontein
Race 1 - Irish Wilma (4/1) has bumped a few good ones and carries only 55.5kgs. with the booking of Savanna Valjalo. I rate the filly better value than favorite and debutant, Jack's Legacy (13/10). Jack's Legacy is also entered for a race on the workriders day next Thursday so the stable seems quite keen to race her or have her win before the season ends.
Race 2 - Me and You (5/2) was narrowly beaten last time out by Feast of Berries. We have a line through Feast of Berries and I make Forest Act a value place bet at 2/1 for a top 3. Swinger 2x3 if theres no further scratchings.
Race 3 - Theodore Rooseveld steps up to the mile. He was rated by the stable when making his debut. Second run after a rest and gelding. Happy to take 29/20 for a top 4 place.
Race 4 - Kortvandraad (26/10) is bang in form. She takes on weaker than the raced against recently. Won her only start on the inside track. My banker for the day. Pretty Analia runs well for Chase Maujean and is a nice swinger and top 3 place bet @ 34/10. My only concern with PA is that she might be rated 3 or 4 points too high.
Race 6 - Open stayers race. Full Go seems to run well this time of the year. 18/10 for a top 4 currently. Hope this drifts a bit.
Race 7 - Lost For Words is highly rated by the stable and being aimed at a feature race in August. Im taking an e/w on Kavady @ 13/2, who has proper form behind top juveniles, Flower Island and Alice B Toklas.

Race 3 - Monkey's Wedding (11/2) - Bang in form. Made To Measure (12/10) a beaten favorite last 2 runs. Taking my chances. Swinger shouldn't miss.
Race 7 - Villa Vicosa (15/4) - Down in class, good second behind Stokesy when heavily backed last time out. Was also backed when running behind in-form Kleinzee before that. Nicely weighted and good draw. Policy of Truth (19/1 from 25/1) A bit of money for this one. Has his problems as only had one race in 2025. 2nd to Field Marshall before. 1600m will suit better than last run over 1200m. 12/10 for a top 5 place. Can make swingers pay. SW 4X8

R4 wide open look to it but will chance Eisteddfod at around 8/1 , aa dropping MR and weight turnarounds with a few of these plus a useful 2.5 kg claimer on board
R5 This one has a bit to find but Elusive Gift is another who's MR is heading downwards, Manna Fortune stays with her, led and tired was comment over 100m further last time, decent enough record at this track, 8/1 shot currently
R6 Probably going with Cork Bay, 3rd run back from a lengthy break should be spot on fitness wise and still quite unexposed, well drawn with KdM who won on him 2 starts back on top
