That being said you will never convince me that final ball of the match was not a wide - should have been 6 to win and 4 for a super over
Not betting but pulling for the West Indies today

Zimbabwe v SA
Joining on the two long odds picks - Evans with bat and Bosch MOM. Taking my bowler as I have played him virtually every match
Most wickets Zimbabwe Muzarabani @ 23/10

In the SA game Bosch had a bad 1st over so reckon we're not looking great there.
I'm already looking forward to the big one later. Rutherford is a great price imo and I'm still keen on the sixes as well.

Tournament Top Bowler: Bosch @ 14/1 Another 5 wickets takes him to 16. He will bowl at the death so 2-3 wickets per match is pretty much on. Lungi on 12 wickets the danger. Varun also on 12 but hes been pretty average in the Super 8. Rashid hasn't had that much success against Proteas or India in recent times so will swerve him. Jansen also on 11 wickets, value bet/backup @ 8/1.
Markram needs 116 runs to become tournament top runscorer. Not impossible, but I'd like more than the 7/1 on offer for that to happen at the moment.
Top SA Bat - Rickelton needs to outscore Markram by 41 runs to win this. 27/10 not a bad price
Top Eng Bat - Brook 228 runs v Jacks 191 runs v Bethell 175 runs. Not impossible for Jacks (5/1) and Bethell (13/2) to win this market

Some good analysis here Jacques.Just had a quick look at the outright markets:

Varun also on 12 but hes been pretty average in the Super 8. Rashid hasn't had that much success against Proteas or India in recent times so will swerve him. I took some of Bosch at 25/1 last week as he has been the form bowler. I also figured we would rest Jansen (and possibly Ngidi) against Zim. Bit dissapointed that Bosch didn't pick up one more stick yesterday as that would have put the bet in a very good position.
The issue I currently have is that you are going off the assumption that the Proteas beat the Kiwis. It coud be very likely that Bosch only gets one more wicket - NZ are the most accustomed to facing quick bowling so won't be caught out by the pace and bounce of Bosch. If it ends up as India vs NZ in the final then it's pretty much a walk in for Varun I reckon.
I even had a nibble at Blessing to take the honours (before yesterday's game - but unfortantely that came up one short)) as I won't be surprised at all to see the wickets dry up in the last few games as the batsmen take charge. I could very easily see a 14 wicket total being the winning one.
On the England bat I agree that Brook is very much hit and miss as he just refuses to not swing like a rusty gate, especially early in his innings. Jacks is the stand out but one feels he is due a bit of a failure whilst Bethell imo has just fallen off a bit as the tournament progresses. I also think he is better suited to getting in early.
On the SA bat I am quite miserable that the Paki decided to go sooo big on Saturday though it did win me the match preview bet. I agree - we need much more than 7/1 to be tempted into backing the SA skip now. Ricks would be a play for me at around 7/2 but then again you could probably just back him to be the SA Top Bat in the game as he will likely need to win that in any case to have a chance.

I'm pretty strong on the Proteas chances this year. We should have won in 2024, those final 5 overs still haunt me!!! We've got some great momentum going with 15 potential match winners in the squad. On the Bosch pick: Should we decide to go two spinners on the day, he might be the one to miss out unfortunately. Still feel he is good value and anything can happen in the death overs. Will also be hoping for a more bowler friendly Eden Gardens deck which suits both pace attacks, unlike the one yesterday.
Kiwis to me haven't performed at all in their big matches so far. Afghanistan had their chances and should have made more of it after Mujeeb took those two early wickets. Proteas beat them in the group stage without breaking a sweat. SL were just poor after having NZ in all sorts of problems and bowling Phillips and Santner instead of Henry and Ferguson at the end cost them v Eng.

Nice to see him finish with a MOM pick.
Crappy final. Think SA would have been so much better then NZ

I agree all round - reckon the Final was crap. Pretty sure India requested the extremely flat tracks toward the end of the comp and it made the cricket worse imo. Yes the Poms vs India was probably an organisers wet dream but when miss hits still go for sixes it becomes a joke (but India don't mind one bit).
Will miss the tournament but my wife is delighted to have the remote (and her husband) back!
