Winning Form selections for Fairview on Wednesday 30th September where there are huge prizes available in the free to enter @Hollywoodbets Punters Challenge
RACE 1
SEATTLE GLOW is a 3yr old filly taking on the boys, but she finished second in her last two starts, the latest over 1400M, 2.25L behind the winner. She gets a handy draw two and Richard Fourie in the irons, so she will get all the necessary assistance from the saddle.
WEEKEND IN ASPEN is another 3yr old filly in the contest. She showed plenty of toe when finishing third last time out in the same 1400m race as the top pick, 4.5L behind. She is drawn in gate four and as the pair meet on the same weight terms here, she may find it difficult to reverse that result.
HIGHWAY CODE returns from a 13 week rest and has his first run for his new trainer. If fully settled in to his new environment, he should give a good account of himself here.
RACE 2
A 4yr old filly and two 5yr old mares could fight out the finish to this race and complete the trifecta, but BAI YULU is taken to lead the field home. She stayed on well when finishing second in her latest outing over 1600m, 1.25L back from the winner and she could give champion apprentice Blaine Marx-Jacobson yet another winner.
LADY LIMONCELLO tried to go from jump to wire when finishing third in her last start over 1400m, 1.75L off the winner and from pole position, she is likely to attempt similar frontrunning tactics here.
CAUGHTUBYSUPRISE is drawn the widest of them all in gate nine, but she is a speedy sort who should be able to move across without using up too much energy and the drop in trip should be to her liking.
RACE 3
LOTUS SILK battled all the way down to the wire to win her last start over this C&D, albeit by just a neck. She has cracked pole position and with Richard Fourie back on board, she looks to be the one to side with here.
LADY ELLIOT has solid Gauteng form, finishing second in her latest outing over 1450m, 0.3L behind the winner and from one gate outside the latter and 2.5kgs taken off her back thanks to her claiming apprentice, she should turn in another honest performance.
FIERY COUNTESS lost a length at the start when finishing second in her latest start over 1400m, one and a half lengths adrift of the winner. She is drawn one outside the latter and should turn in another honest performance here.
RACE 4
HONORINE‘S GIMMIE had his consistency rewarded with a 1.25L victory last time out over 1200m, despite being bumped. He showed plenty of gate speed on that occasion and with champion jockey Craig Zackey retaining the ride, he could prove hard to topple.
WORDSWORTH is seldom far off the action, finishing second in his latest outing over this C&D, 0.75L back from the winner, notwithstanding losing a length at the start. The gelding has pulled gate five and will have 2.5kgs removed from his allocated weight courtesy of his claiming apprentice.
ICY LANCASTER is a 5yr old mare challenging males, but she was bumped when ending up in sixth place last time out over 1300m, 2.75L back from the winner. She is drawn one inside the latter and she should give the boys a good run for their money.
RACE 5
WAROFDYNAMITE won over 1000m three runs back, finished second in his penultimate start over 1200m and then third in his latest outing back over 1000m, 0.35L behind the winner. He has finished in the first three in all six runs over this C&D and is likely to turn in another solid effort here.
IMAGINABLE won his penultimate start over 1000m and then eighth last time out over 1200m, 4.9L adrift of the winner. He is re-united with Craig Zackey who may be able to get the gelding to bounce back to winning ways here.
FRENCH FLAME made good late progress when ending up in sixth spot last time out over 1200m, 2.9L back from the victor. He is drawn wideish in gate seven, but he should be doing his best work late.
RACE 6
MASTEROFTHEBAROQUE goes for his hat-trick after wins over 1900m and the latest over 2400m by 2.25L. He went from jump to wire that day and from gate five and having 4kgs taken off his back for the services of his claiming apprentice, he is likely to employ the same tactics here and could prove difficult to reel in over the closing stages.
SABRAGE in turn missed out on his trio after two victories over 1600m when finishing second last time out over 2000m, 0.75L back from the winner. The gelding is drawn in gate seven and will be looking to bounce back to winning ways in this line-up.
ALADO‘S PRIDE showed marked improvement to finish second last time out over 1600m, beaten just a head. If repeating that last effort, he should be a factor here and his 2.5kg claiming apprentice should put his pole position to good use.
RACE 7
Two 5yr old mares could fight out the finish to this race and secure the exacta, but PRESERVE FOREVER could lead the field home. She was bumped at the 200m mark when finishing second in her latest outing over 1900m, beaten just a neck, so she can be considered an unlucky loser. She will have to negotiate a wide draw ten, but Muzi Yeni retains the ride and she looks to be the one to side with here.
TORI‘S GIRL finished third in that same 1900m contest mentioned above, 0.5L off the winner and is drawn better in gate two, but as the pair meet on the same weight terms here, that last result may well be confirmed.
AMANZIMTEXAS has won two of his last four starts, the latest over 1900m by a half length. He was slow away on that occasion but finished well from some way back to claim the victory. He is drawn wideish in gate eight, but he should be doing his best work late.
RACE 8
KING VISERYS put 2.25L between himself and the rest of the field when winning his last start over 1400M. He has pulled a useful draw three and could complete the double here.
HOODWINKED finished third in his latest outing, 1.25L behind the winner, but he was reported to be coughing that day.
VILA VICOSA has won two of his last three runs, the latest over a mile. He will have Muzi Yeni aboard who partnered him in those two victories and whilst drawn wideish in gate eight, he should be a big runner here.
RACE 9
ALEX MILLER has consistent form lines to her name and followed up her penultimate run victory over 1300M with a second place finish over a mile, 1.25L back from the winner. She stayed on well over the latter stages in that contest and from a cozy draw two, she will be hoping to record her third career win.
MORFELIHA made good late progress into second last time over 1200M, beaten just a half length at the wire and the rise in trip should be to her liking.
GREEK HEIRESS delivered a well-timed finish to win her last start over 1600M. She attracted betting support that day and can follow up here with Muzi Yeni retaining the ride.
