Winning Form selections for all of races from Hollywoodbets Greyville on Friday 7th August where there are huge prizes available in the free to enter Punters Challenge

Race 1

SKIPPER ZIP has shown improvement in his last two starts with the blinkers fitted. He stayed on when second over this distance at Hollywoodbets Scottsville last time. The son of Rafeef is coming along the right way and can go one better.

YEAH BABY has produced two fair efforts to date. The manner in which she has finished off her races suggests that she will love the rise to 1400m. The daughter of Malmoos has scope and is one of the leading contenders.

CUBA LIBRE was in need of his debut effort over 1200m at Hollywoodbets Kenilworth. He returns from a 15-week break, during which time he would have strengthened up. The son of Legislate will enjoy the rise to 1400m and should make the natural improvement.

Race 2

TEARS OF THE SUN ran a good race when second over 1400m at Hollywoodbets Scottsville last time. The manner in which she finished off her race that day was encouraging. She is drawn in pole position and in this field, she can shed her maiden tag.

HAZEL GREEN finished third over this distance at Hollywoodbets Scottsville last time. The daughter of Gimmethegreenlight will strip much fitter and may be the one to fill the exacta spot.

AMERICA FIRST is the stable companion of the top selection. She had excuses in her last start over this distance at Hollywoodbets Scottsville. It must be noted that the horse that finished second that day has come out and won since. She has scope and can finish in the placings.

Race 3

NOCTAMBULIST showed massive improvement when second over 1750m at Hollywoodbets Scottsville last time. He was sent to the front by Apprentice Dezahn Louw but found one too good in the form of Takethegreenlight. The son of Querari has scope and if seeing out the 2000m, he can go close.

CRIMSON TYPHOON has shown good improvement in her last two starts over this distance on the polytrack. She is back on the turf and should the top choice fluff his lines, she may be the one to pick up the pieces.

FIRE FORCE ran on from far back when second over this distance at Hollywoodbets Scottsville last time. He is a battling maiden but a repeat of his last effort should see him finish in the placings.

Race 4

NO PRESSURE finished 1.4 lengths behind DAY TWO last time. He is 4.5kgs better off at the weights today and that should be enough to turn the form around. The son of Ideal World should have finished closer to the winner that day. He has cracked a good draw of four and if all goes according to plan, he can return to winning ways.

ZENA ROSE finished 0.3 lengths behind DAY TWO in the race referred to above. She is 4kgs better off at the weights today and should turn the tables. With a bit of luck in running, she should be competitive.

HIGH QUEUE fought back well to win his last start over 2000m at Hollywoodbets Scottsville. He is having his peak run, is in a good space and merits healthy respect.

Race 5

FUTURE VARIETY is the top bet on the programme. He ran a cracker when fourth in the Grade 3 Post Merchants last time. The manner in which he finished off his race that day was eye-catching. It must be noted that the horse that finished second has come out and won since. There is likely to be speed with KING OF THE GAULS in the race and he will be mowing down the frontrunners.

TEFLON MAN lost three lengths leaving the start last time, but stayed on at the finish. He has won once and finished third once from as many starts over this C&D.If getting away on terms, he should have a say in the outcome of this contest.

POSITION OF POWER has good recent form to his credit. He was given a peach of a ride when winning his last start over 1000m on the polytrack. The son of Vercingetorix always gives of his best and merits obvious consideration.

Race 6

MISS TWINKLE was her own worst enemy over 1600m at Hollywoodbets Scottsville last time as she over raced in the early stages. However, the manner in which she stayed on at the finish was encouraging. The daughter of Oratorio is unbeaten from two starts over this C&D. She is drawn in pole position and if switching off early, she can return to winning ways.

SWIATEK makes her way to KwaZulu-Natal from the Western Cape. She was not disgraced when third in the Non-Black Type Winter Mile last time. She has class about her and with luck from the widest draw, she should be competitive.

THAT’S MY BABY had excuses in her last start over 1600m on the Turffontein Inside course. She runs well on this track and with Keagan de Melo in the saddle, she cannot be discounted.

Race 7

MISS WORLD has good form since arriving in KwaZulu-Natal. She should have finished closer to the winner last time as she hung inwards in the final 400m. She has won once and finished second once from as many starts on this course. Keagan de Melo rides and if keeping on a straight line, she may be the one to beat.

MAPHAKA moved up well over 1400m on the polytrack last time before getting caught late by Powerandtheglory. He has finished second in both his efforts over this C&D. He should get a good run in transit from Barrier Two and merits healthy respect.

FUTURE FLO finished 2.5 lengths behind the second selection last time. He is 2.5kgs better off at the weights today and there should not be much separating the pair at the finish.

Race 8

STEAMY WINDOWS ran a good race when third over 1100m at Hollywoodbets Scottsville last time. He should have finished closer to the winner that day as he hung inwards in the final 250m. The son of Master Of My Fate is fitted with blinkers and the headgear should keep his mind on the task at hand. He is ideally drawn in Barrier Two and may be the one to side with.

NEXT OF KIN took on stronger in his last start over this distance at Hollywoodbets Scottsville. He is the elect of the Hollywood Racing runners with Sean Veale in the saddle. The son of Canford Cliffs drops back in class and must be included.

BLUE STEEL has good recent form to his credit. He has won twice and finished second three times from seven starts over this distance. He is likely to race on the speed once again and may be hard to peg back
