OLD HARRY ROCKS is a good-looking son of Malmoos. He produced a promising debut effort over this distance at Hollywoodbets Greyville. The manner in which he stayed on at the finish that day was encouraging. He would have gained from the experience and with the natural improvement that is expected, he may find himself in the winner’s enclosure.
BENNY AND PAUL ran a good race when second over 1400m at Hollywoodbets Greyville last time. It must be noted that the horse that finished fourth that day has come out and won since. He will strip much fitter and should run a big race.
PRIZED POSSESSION ran a creditable race on debut over 1000m at Hollywoodbets Greyville. He returns from a 14- week break, during which time he was gelded. The son of Vercingetorix will enjoy the rise to 1200m and he should make the natural improvement.

PACIFIC MOOD caught the eye when third over 1200m at Hollywoodbets Greyville last time. She had to take her medicine from the widest draw and finished off her race well. The daughter of Malmoos will love the rise to 1400m. She is a progressive type and with luck in running, she can shed her maiden tag.
RED HOT MISS set the pace over this distance on the polytrack last time before getting outrun late by What A Classic. Athandiwe Mgudlwa is likely to adopt the same tactics from pole position and she may be hard to peg back.
INDIGNATION stayed on at the finish over 1600m last time, but found one too good in the form of Splash Of Love. The daughter of Master Of My Fate has plenty of scope and if getting away on terms, she should be competitive.

DAY TWO ran a good race when second over 2400m at Hollywoodbets Greyville last time. He raced from a handy position and stayed on to finish second. The son of Twice Over is having his peak run and takes a drop in class. He has won once and finished second once from as many starts on this course. He jumps from an ideal draw of two and should take a power of beating.
THAMBI finished 0.95 lengths behind SHINY BOB last time. He is 8kgs better off at the weights today and that should be enough to turn the form around.
CIRCLE OF GRACE is better than his last start over 1700m at the Vaal. He finished 0.05 lengths behind SHINY BOB in his penultimate outing. He is 5.5kgs better off at the weights and should turn the tables.
Race 5
LADYOFDISTINCTION is better than her last start in the Listed East Coast Cup as she cast a shoe in running and was reported to be not striding out. Her form prior to that outing was consistent. She has won twice from three starts over this distance. If putting her best foot forward, she can notch up her fifth-career victory.
OVATION STAR ran a good race when second over 1450m on the Turffontein Inside course last time. The daughter of Rafeef is having her peak run and should love the rise to 1600m. Should the top choice fluff her lines, she may be the one to pick up the pieces.
MISS TWINKLE is better than her last start in the Non-Black Type WSB Scarlet Lady. She has won twice and finished third once from four starts over this distance. On best form shown, she should have a say in the outcome of this contest.
Race 6
OPEN SESAME set the pace over 1600m at the Vaal last time before getting caught late by Woman’s World. The fitting of the blinkers seems to have had the desired effect. She drops in class and if taking to this course, she can return to winning ways.
HUNGA TONGA tried hard when third over 1600m on the polytrack last time. It must be noted that the form of that race has been franked. She won her penultimate outing over 1600m on this course. With a bit of luck in running, she should fight out the finish.
PAST IS PROLOGUE ran a good race when second over 1400m at Hollywoodbets Greyville last time. It must be noted that multiple horses from that form line have come out and won since. If all goes according to plan, she should run a big race.

INTENSITY was not beaten far in his last start over 1000m at Hollywoodbets Greyville. He has won once and finished third once from as many starts over this distance. ARVERNI PRINCESS is better than her last start on the polytrack. She won her previous three efforts. The daughter of Vercingetorix has won four times and finished third once from eight starts over this C&D. She gets the services of 4kgs claiming Apprentice Divesh Ramkhalawon which will assist her cause. She is a speedy individual and may be hard to peg back.
AXIS POWER has finished third in his last three starts. The son of Flower Alley is honest and should be the first male past the post.
PURPLE POWAHOUSE finished 2.6 lengths behind BLESS ME FRED last time. He is 3kgs better off at the weights today and there should not be much separating the pair at the finish. He will strip much fitter and will be mowing down the frontrunners
