Football ManCity120Matchday 2 for Uefa Champions League Groups E to H takes place on Wednesday night and we take a look at the betting for all matches including Newcastle v PSG, Porto v Barcelona and RB Leipzig v Manchester City

Matchday 2 Wednesday 4th October

Group E

Atletico 6/10 Draw 3/1 Feyenoord 9/2

Atletico began with a 1-1 draw at Lazio. They took the lead through Barrios on 29 minutes and went close to extending their lead but the scoreline stayed that way until they conceded in the 5th minute of injury time. Atletico finished bottom of a tight UCL group last season, winning just 1 of their matches. They have taken 16 points from their first 7 La Liga matches with 5 wins and 1 draw and 1 defeat.

Feyenoord started with a 2-0 home win over Celtic. They were 1-0 up through Stengs on the stroke of half time and after Celtic had 2 men sent off in the space of 5 minutes a goal from Jahanbakhsh handed them a 2-0 victory and it could have been more.

Celtic 18/10 Draw 5/2 Lazio 14/10

Celtic are already playing catch up after their 2-0 defeat at Feyenoord and really need something from this match to get back in contention.

Lazio's equalizer at the death of their 1-1 draw at home to Atletico came from Provedel, their goalkeeper who made his way up for a late corner. They have made a poor start to their Serie A campaign, winning 2, drawing 1 and losing 4 of their first 7 matches.

Group F

Newcastle 1.45/1 Draw 27/10 PSG 1.65/1

Newcastle's return to the UCL started with a 0-0 draw away to AC Milan. They rarely threatened the Italian's goal but came away with a crucial point in the toughest of the groups. After a tough set of early season fixtures Newcastle have won their last 3 in the EPL and their record now comprises of 4 wins and 3 defeats.

PSG were 2-0 winners at home to Dortmund on Matchday 1. Mbappe gave them the lead from the penalty spot early in the second half and Hakimi sealed a deserved victory. PSG have won 3, drawn 3 and lost 1 in a stuttering start to the Ligue 1 season and they lie in fifth spot.

Dortmund 13/10 Draw 26/10 AC Milan 1.85/1

Dortmund dug in for the first half of their 2-0 defeat to PSG but offered little threat of their own in front of goal. Dortmund are unbeaten in the Bundesliga with 4 wins and 2 draws, good enough for fourth spot and just 2 points off the pace.

Milan missed the better of the chances in their 0-0 draw with Newcastle with Leao the main culprit and they had to settle for a point. They have won 5 and lost 1 of their first 6 Serie A with a 5-1 hiding off Inter in the Milan derby the only blemish and they are joint top of the standings. Milan were beaten by Inter in the semi finals of this competition last season.

Group G

RB Leipzig 34/10 Draw 31/10 Man City 7/10

Leipzig were 3-1 winners away to Young Boys on Matchday 1 and they now take aim at Manchester City who beat them 8-1 on aggregate n the Ro16 last season. Leipzig lost their opening Bundesliga match but have since reeled off 4 straight wins followed by a 2-2 draw at home to Bayern at the weekend.

UCL defending champions Man City had to come from 1-0 down at half time to see off Crvena Zvezda in a home fixture 2 weeks ago with Alvarez (twice) and Rodri scoring and Haaland fired blanks. City had made a 100% start to the EPL season but they were beaten 2-1 away to Wolves last weekend and their lead over Arsenal and Spurs at the top of the log is now just 1 point.

Crvena Zvezda 23/20 Draw 26/10 Young Boys 22/10

Both these sides looked up against it in this group and having lost their opening matches any loser here will have a mountain to climb.

Group H

FC Porto 29/10 Draw 27/10 Barcelona 9/10

Barca coasted to a 5-0 home win over Antwerp on Matchday 1 with Joao Felix scoring a brace. Barcelona also boast 6 wins and 2 draws from 8 matches in La Liga and they are in second spot, 1 point behind Real Madrid.

FC Porto were 3-1 winners away to Shakhtar in their opening game with all the goals coming in the first half hour. Rodrigues do Nascimento Galeno scored their first 2 goals inside 15 minutes. Porto are in third spot in their domestic league with 5 wins, 1 draw and they suffered a first defeat of the campaign last weekend, going down 1-0 at Benfica.

Antwerp 8/10 Draw 29/10 Shakhtar Donetsk 3/1

These 2 sides are also playing catch up after losing their opening matches. Antwerp came through qualifying, beating AEK Athens at home (1-0) and away (2-1) before their loss at Barca and will relish this home game.

Matchday 2 Wednesday 4th October Bets

Newcastle v PSG, match result draw at 27/10 with Sportingbet

PSG made a winning start and impressed but their league form is patchy. In such a tight group I like the price for a draw here.

Dortmund v AC Milan, match result draw at 26/10 with Sportingbet

The same goes here in the group of death where the value rests with the draw in my opinion

RB Leipzig Draw Man City, Away win and both team to score? (yes) at 19/10 with Sportingbet

A little worried about City after their defeat in the EPL last weekend but they have the firepower to bounce back although I fancy Leipzig can contribute to the scoring.

FC Porto v Barcelona, anytime goalscorer Joao Felix at 23/10 with Sportingbet

Let's go with Felix to find the net again for Barca.
