champs.leagueMatchday 3 for Uefa Champions League Groups A to D takes place on Tuesday night and we take a look at the betting and have a tip for all the matches including Sevilla v Arsenal

Matchday 3 Tuesday 24th October

Group A

Galatasary 5.17/1 Draw 4.08/1 Bayern 9/20

Galatasaray came through 3 rounds of qualifying unbeaten to reach the group stage and they have started well. On Matchday 2 they beat Manchester United 3-2 at Old Trafford, coming from 1-0 and then 2-1 down to claim victory and they also missed a penalty. Gala started with a 2-2 draw at home to FC Copenhagen thanks to 2 late goals and they sit in second spot in the group.

Bayern make a habit of breezing through the group stage and they have 2 wins from 2 so far. A 4-3 win over Manchester United on Matchday 1 was more comfortable than the scoreline suggested and last time out they came from behind to win 2-1 in Copenhagen. Harry Kane has been banging in the goals and Bayern are unbeaten in the Bundesliga with 6 wins and 2 draws although that only puts them in third spot.

I'll take a speculative play on both sides scoring in both halves of football.

Bet: 1st/2nd Half Both Teams to Score Yes/Yes at 8.54/1 with Playabets

Man United 0.38/1 Draw 4.12/1 FC Copenhagen 67/10

A red card for Casemiro when the score was 2-2 didn't help United's cause in the 3-2 defeat to Galatasaray and they have yet to earn a point in this group. Hojland scored both of their goals against Gala and he was also on target in the 4-3 defeat at Bayern. Despite winning their last 2 league matches United have been far from convincing in the EPL where their record comprises of 5 wins and 4 defeats.

FC Copenhagen led Gala 2-0 in Istanbul on Matchday 1 before being reduced to 10 men and they conceded 2 late goals in a 2-2 draw. They were far from disgraced in a 2-1 home defeat to Bayern, taking the lead on 55 minutes before Bayern hit back.

I'm with Bruno Fernandes to score anytime

Group B

Lens 1.36/1 Draw 26/10 PSV 1.87/1

Lens are the surprise leaders of this group, unbeaten with 4 points. They came away from Sevilla with a 1-1 draw and then turned Arsenal over in a 2-1 home win. They were behind early doors against the Gunners but levelled before half time and Elye Wahi scored and supplied an assist. In Ligue 1 Lens have just 9 points from the same number of matches.

PSV crashed to a 4-0 defeat at Arsenal on Matchday 1 and then played out a 2-2 draw at home to Sevilla with their second equalizer arriving deep into injury time.

I'll go with 2-3 goals in total which is a trend that has been worth following in Lens matches.

Bet: Goal range 2-3 at even money with Playabets

Sevilla 3.18/1 Draw 28/10 Arsenal 0.82/1

Sevilla led twice at PSV but had to settle for a point. Given they also led at home to Lens on Matchday 1 they will feel they ought to be in a better position as we head toward the halfway stage. Despite a more than useful point from a 1-1 draw at home to Real Madrid in La Liga last weekend Sevilla only have 9 points from the same number of matches.

After thrashing PSV 4-0 in their opening group match Arsenal were a huge disappointment in the 2-1 defeat at Lens although that remains the only match they have lost in the season so far. Jesus has scored in both of their group matches whilst in the EPL they boast a record of 6 wins and 3 draws.

Sevilla have drawn 5 of their last 7 across al competitions but whilst tempted by the draw I think Arsenal might have too much. I'll go with Odegaard to score anytime.

Bet: Anytime goalscorer Martin Odegaard at 2.35/1 with Playabets

Group C

Braga 4.71/1 Draw 3.86/1 Real Madrid 5/10

A late own goal saw Braga go down 2-1 at home to Napoli on Matchday 1 and they came from 2-0 down to win 3-2 at Union Berlin last time out, grabbing the winner in injury time.

Real top this group with the maximum 6 points. They needed an injury time goal from Bellingham to see off Union Berlin 1-0 in Madrid on Matchday 1 and Bellingham was on target again in an excellent 3-2 win away to Napoli which puts them in total control of this group. Real have also won 8, drawn 1 and lost 1 of their La Liga matches and they currently top the log.

It's not a great betting heat and Vinicius Jr provides a token goalscorer interest.

Bet: Anytime goalscorer Vinicius Jr at 1.35/1 with Playabets

Union 27/10 Berlin Draw 27/10 Napoli even money

Union Berlin rode their luck for much of the game in Madrid but were denied a point at the death. Despite 2 first half goals from Becker at home to Braga they surrendered the advantage and are still looking for their first point. Union won their first 2 Bundesliga matches but have lost each of the last 6 making it 8 straight defeats across all competitions.

Napoli began with a 2-1 win away to Braga before losing to 3-2 to Real which broke a 14 match unbeaten run in the UCL in front of their own supporters. After a slow start to the domestic season Napoli have won 3 of their last 4 Serie A matches to move into fifth spot.

Napoli don't seem to be firing on all cylinders this season but given Union are in such poor form I'm with the away win.

Bet: Napoli to win at even money with Playabets

Group D

Inter 3/10 Draw 4.55/1 Salzburg 8.25/1

Inter needed a late Martinez equalizer to rescue a point from their opening match away to Real Sociedad which finished 1-1. A second half goal from Thuram on Matchday 2 sealed a 1-0 home win over Benfica and they share top spot in this group. Inter have won 7, drawn 1 and lost 1 of their Serie A matches, scoring 24 goals and conceding just 5.

On Matchday 1 Simic gave Salzburg an early lead from the penalty spot away to 10 man Benfica and Gloukh sealed the 2-0 win early in the second half. They couldn't follow up last time out when they went down 2-0 at home to Real Sociedad.

I'll go with Inter to win and keep a clean sheet.

Bet: Which Team to Score, only home team at 11/10 with Playabets

Benfica 1.16/1 Draw 24/10 Real Sociedad 24/10

Benfica are playing catch up after 2 defeats. The first was something a surprise, 2-0 at home to Salzburg when they paid the price for Antonio Silva's early red card. The 1-0 defeat at Inter leaves them with little margin for error if they are to qualify for the knockout rounds.

Mendez gave Real Sociedad an early lead at home to Inter on Matchday 1 and they held that advantage until conceding the equalizer on 87 minutes. The 2-0 win at Salzburg sees them share top spot in the group with Inter. Real Sociedad are going pretty well in La Liga where their record reads 5 wins, 3 draws and 2

defeats.

Benfica are desperate for a result but this Sociedad side are decent. I'm with the draw here.

Bet: Match result draw at 24/10 with Playabets
